However, the storage unit held all my things, remained unmolested for the three months that I needed it, and I got my entire security deposit back. On top of this, they gave me two free days because I needed it right at the end of a month and needed to stop using it right at the beginning of another month. There is not much more one can ask of a storage unit.

She kindly explained their policy that nothing can go into the dryers unless it goes through their washers first. It was a rule I hadn't thought of, but after a few seconds of consideration, I couldn't agree more. It's exactly why the place stays so immaculate. ​Natalie explained the policy in a very kind way, and then she went completely above and beyond--she offered to pay for an express wash (15 minutes) for the towel! As I was heading back to my vehicle to get laundry soap, she met me with a cup of detergent. Furthermore, when I was taking the towel out of the washer, she intercepted me again and paid for the dryer. ​It is for this exact reason that I rate this place 5 stars. I will gladly pass several other laundromats just to return to this one. ​Again, 5 stars!
