When this property changed hands a couple of years ago, it took a nosedive! Good luck getting someone on the phone and the office is not always manned Monday through Saturday! I wouldn't say the customer service is atrocious because it hardly exists! Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere, seriously! read more

They keep deleting my reviews on their web site so posting here to prevent that. Run as fast and as far away from this storage company as possible. Previous owners kept the property clean and the climate control working. The current owners knew for months that the climate control didn't work nor the security gates half the time, yet, offered no discount or anything. I called as well as visited the office numerous times to no avail. Their reason for climate control not working? They didn't get the password when they bought the company! Lol The last month or so before I moved out, the hallway where my non working climate control unit was, reeked of cat urine which I reported. I was never late on rent, not even by a day, tried to contact them with issues and all they had to offer was to go up on people's rent, by A LOT. After giving my 10 day notice as required, (moved out before that 10 day period) I was finally told I would get a measly 50.00 credit to my credit card. When it didn't appear I called and was told, oh we can't credit your credit card just your account with us.... the account that was closed! After a very determined conversation they finally credited the measly 50.00. The fact that they have deleted every review I posted should tell you all you need to know. The week I gave my notice there was a gentleman trying to get in his unit that he had contracted for. The lock from the previous renter was still on it. When he finally got in, the unit was full to the top with the previous renters belongings! Do not expect a return call, do not expect anything other than horrible customer service but do expect outrageous prices. read more
