We were a party of 15 Guests and were there for a gathering of monthly Birthday celebrations of four Corpus Christi area Friends! She took our orders in a calm and effective manner and remembered all the tiny details that any table could impose on "Wait" Staff. I've successfully managed full service as well as fast food restaurants and have had my own successful Catering business. I have traveled to many places and tasted the many culinary delicacies this world has to offer! As a Culinary Trainer, I have trained personnel on how to provide superb cuisine, effective sales and customer service. At the age of 79, I am now retired and enjoy being on THE OTHER SIDE OF THE APRON.
