The photos came out beautifully and I loved that he has this AI feature. I am not sure our wedding guests actually used it but regardless, it's a cool little thing to add on to the service. Noel Papa is a really nice and great person to work with. He brought more than enough props for our wedding guests and provided so many prints for all of us to take back home. He even sent digital copies and boomerangs too. Loved everything about Custom Made Photo Booth! Would highly recommend to everyone who needs a photobooth for an event!

Wish I was able to work with them, there photo booth look pretty cool but it didn't work out…read more Booked them two years ago then the pandemic happened. Initially we were going to have the wedding last year but my grandparents passed away around the same time I got pregnant. Postponed the wedding till this year. We called them and they said they canceled our deposit when we clearly said we wanted to postpone it. They wanted another deposit plus everything upfront because they claimed the taxes for the following year were going to change (this I did not really understand). We didn't want to pay everything upfront since with the pandemic you never know anything, we were afraid we would lose it (again). All our other vendors understood and cooperated with us. Hopefully they can be more understanding with others.

Laura was incredibly communicative throughout the entire process--from answering every one of my questions to handling all the booth logistics. I designed my own template in Canva and sent it to Laura, and she placed the photos exactly where I asked (with no extra fees), which I really appreciated. On the wedding day, our attendant Angie was AMAZING. She didn't just set up and print photos--she was actively adjusting the booth for every group. Whether it was a big group, a smaller group, taller guests, or anything in between, she kept adjusting the frame to make sure everyone was captured perfectly. That level of attention made such a difference. The photo quality was great too. For the cost and everything we received, it was absolutely worth it.
