I've been using Gransha as my local depot for…read morethe past year and when I say I need to bring my dog they just send out a driver that doesn't mind. I've been told to keep my jack russell on the floor by one but the rest didn't mind him and some even gave him a nice pet. It depends on the individual driver but I've never had an issue with it. You never have to wait long on a driver and when I've booked they've been there at the exact time. You get a bit of good craic with them too, 98% of them are talkative and fun to have a conversation with. Real friendly bunch and not much waiting, definitely recommended

Although the driver arrived on time he seemed to have no idea where he was going....although it was less than 1/2 a mile from my house (and we were being charged £8 one way)!! That was bad enough but I was told on Friday that as soon as I was finished at the vets to call and they would send out another taxi to pick us up! Yeah of course, first of all they refused, then they said use a local taxi company....if we could have called any other taxi company why would I be calling them.....then we were told that they would take the booking but couldn't guarantee that a taxi would turn up!! We have a 19 year old dog and they left us high and dry!!! When I got home I decided to complain and was lied to and told that they had said it would be half an hour for the taxi and that they had not refused to pick up!! Will NEVER use them again and I will make sure I let everyone I know about this and make sure they don't use them either!!
