All the teachers are genuinely invested in the growth and wellbeing of my kids. Both my kiddos LOVE/D going to preschool. I was actually really sad when my oldest had to move on to kindergarten and I'll be sad again when my youngest has to move on to kindergarten as well. I've actually never seen a better group of teachers that love my children as if they were their own. We were so blessed to find this preschool when we moved to the area. My only complaint is they are only preschool. I'd pay good tuition to send my kids there through elementary years too.

Peter Pan also follows the district, they start a bit later and end a bit earlier than the district so you have time to drop off and pick up your other kiddos. If I could I would give them 1,000 stars. I did read some of the negative reviews and I disagree with them; this is an absolutely spectacular place to send your children. My kids love school and Peter Pan helped build that foundation for them. For that I will forever be grateful. I will always recommend this school to whoever asks or is looking. I would like to add to Dominic Leodoro. He stated in his initial review that Mrs. V was a nice woman, yet he keeps his review. Mrs. V can't go back and own the business, so she did the best she could being an employee. She has taken this business over and made it into a wonderful place and program. Replacing what the problems were there. Now while this does not change your experience with the previous owner I think there should be an acknowledgement of the positive changes that have been made since Mrs. V acquired the business. You stating that the program is laughable and that they are babysitters is not a reflection on what it has been changed into.

Still better than anything my mom cooked. The blocks and train sets....omg. The kids were nice too. I remember "strawberry girl". She didn't say much if anything, but she was nice and often wore a smock with a strawberry on the front. I'm so glad my mom took me here so she could have some "mommy time".' One of the teachers has a child in the class and she's constantly comparing her kid to my son and comparing our parenting style.(super unprofessional) she has even mentioned before that it was not worth becoming a daycare teacher and last week she labeled my two year old son as "snotty" and that was the end of it for me. Every time I voiced my concerns to the Director Anita she would brush me off by being "customer service"by that I mean she would say " I am so sorry to hear that, I will talk to them" things will be good for like two days before going back to nasty normal. Either she didn't do much about it or the teachers do not respect her enough. There many more incidents but I can't list them all. Class is maxed out with kids who are not being taken care of and not enough teachers. 320$-350 weekly for this daycare is not worth it, I would gladly pay that to a daycare with teachers who actually love kids and not to a daycare with teachers who work there for the discount they get for their kids. Don't let 25 good google reviews fool you like they fooled me.

I can tell you that this is so true. I have a community of parents that are supporting me and my kids. My kids have a class where they feel like everyone is their friend. My kids have teachers and faculty that understand their strengths and weaknesses and help them grow. And best of all, my kids are learning all this with a Christian perspective. I love hearing about their bible classes and chapels or hear them practice their memory work. I am glad to have made this choice for them!

I totally understand that these reviews are very important for penny lanes business. This is why I took the time to write out the review. For parents seeking child care for their children and wanting to make the best decision. Actually, some of the things that you stated in your reply was very inaccurate such as my reason to leave the daycare. We left due to having so many incidents occur and the lack of incidents reports being made and also lack of accountability. Most of the time my daughter was sent home from daycare with cuts and bruises. Teachers were unable to explain what happened due to them "not being around" or "leaving early for the day" so she was left in the care of substitute teacher and no one in the daycare could find whichever "substitute teacher "was in the class in at the time to explain the constant injuries. Also, on August 11th I was called into penny lanes due to my child having a busted lip and chipped tooth. I expressed my concerns to the director of the daycare Ms.Laura she responded back to me and let me know if I wanted my child to not have so many incidents I needed a nanny. Which I was completely token back by. I understand things happen in a daycare but as a director for that to be the response back to a concern parent is very insensitive. Also, to double back to the abrupt departure. Laura allow us to leave without putting in the 2 week notice due to not us moving but me being so uncomfortable with my child being enrolled under you guys care second longer. Her last day was that Thursday morning November 6th due to another unreported incident. My daughter was enrolled in for a year. I have never once received a weekly paper meal plan in advance. My child was there 5 days a week and 8-8.5 hrs a day. So I understand that health and safety is the utmost importance but it's seems like the ball was dropped multiple times with my child. Also, is always a lack of accountability. This is not the blame game. If I'm paying for a good quality daycare I expect the best quality health and safety for my child. This is a review specifically for the pool…read more It's great that our Muslim community has this resource for women to learn how to swim in a safe, closed-off, women's-only environment. Kifayeh is an incredibly sweet and encouraging woman. While the pool doesn't have any frills, it serves a great purpose in the community. Classes were for 45 minutes, 3 times a week, and are usually pretty small in size. The instructor (or instructors) work at your pace, so you don't have to worry about waiting for the rest of the class to catch up or falling behind.
