Obnoxious and rude receptionist didn't come in one day because she apparently had a car accident, which reeks of an uncreative person attempting to rationalize unprofessional behaviour. On that day, students ended up waiting outside of the locked classroom for the instructor to come, whom also came in 15-30 minutes late every day despite the students coming in early every time. Consistent tardiness is unacceptable. The practical driving lessons were good, but I imagine they were comfortable because I was fairly experienced in driving already. Rarely, there were glimpses of the instructor's impatience, which I felt were not particularly conducive to my learning. One can imagine such sternness being more evident with less experienced students. The 20 hours of in-class 'lessons' were a waste of time, but I'll award two stars for the practical driving lessons, which were competently relayed and useful. That said, if you're looking to get these lessons over with and are a decent driver already, maybe this is the school for you.

From the start of my lessons to prepare for my G test, he made sure to correct all of my mistakes and advised me on safe and effective driving practices. Although I was very nervous about taking my G test, Siva addressed all of my concerns and patiently showed me how to improve my driving. As my test day drew closer, I felt more confident in my driving skills. Siva also showed a genuine interest in seeing me succeed. When my test got cancelled because of a snowstorm, he went out of his way to make sure I could rebook my test before my license's expiry date. Thanks to Siva, I have my G license and the confidence to drive!

He has zero patients towards his students and makes you nervous as a new driver. Lot of times falls asleep during in car lesson and makes it less comfortable and not safe. He often gets angry and yells at me both in person and thru the phone. He even tried to threaten to cancel my course if I don't participate and accept his method. All those 5-star reviews I see on google are all fake as he persuades all his students into writing those reviews. He even tried to persuade me into giving him 5-star review in which I had no interest in doing so. Overall, not recommended and there are better driving schools out there in the city.
