She responds to all my emails with questions in less than 24 hours. She also gives me lots of good advice on what plants to make for my place. Her customer service is so good that I feel like I owe her a nice review ( and I rarely write any)! I bought 3 large and 1 small plants from her namely bird of paradise, a pathos , snake plant and nanouk form her and couldn't be happier! They all look as good as the photos online if not better. I tried a few other places and often end up disappointed. You can watch her videos showing her newly arrived plants. You will then see how nice all her plants are and what you will be getting! Her pricing is very reasonable (I'm price sensitive esp under covid). You may be able to find other places with slightly lower price point but believe me , you will get the best value from her. Plants will be with you for a super long time and you want to get something healthy and nice. I made the mistake of going for the cheapest place I can find when I first started and end up getting subpar plants and services ( broken plants/super long response time/generic plant advice). I still don't know what to do with my broken plant at home coz I feel bad throwing it away... She also doesn't push you to buy something more expensive but gives you her honest recommendation. ( I thought about getting a. Bigger zz plant instead of the snake plant which would cost much more but stick with her original recommendation becoz it would look better in my space and she was right!) Her self watering planters are very convenient and very pretty. I sometimes forget to water my plants and I am a frequent traveler prior to covid. So self watering planters would be of huge help. I bought pot mix, fertilizer, sprayer and plant waterer from her as well. You can tell she is a person with passion and high standard towards plants and the pot mix/fertilizer she picked must be the best. I love my plant waterer and it makes watering a delight every day. I really enjoy all her videos on YouTube which gives you ideas how to take care of various plants, how to decor your room etc. Photos below do not show 100% how nice the plants look but I'm sharing them it to give everyone an idea. I do feel very lucky to have found my city plants/Juliette

I called Plant Le Bacle and spoke to Michael (I believe he is the owner). He was absolutely wonderful. He spent time explaining what will work (and last) and what won't- told me not to spend too much on plants now since they will mostly die in Nov anyway- he didn't try to sell me anything- but instead he gave me his honest opinion about what will work and what won't. He even asked me to send him pictures of my balcony so he can help me more. For someone who is new to city gardening I couldn't have called anyone more helpful and honest- so glad I called!

From the owner: Known as PLB, we specialize in personal service. We are a small company that has successfully been…read morein business for over 40 years. (The most important part) We fully acclimate our plants. Other companies ship plants directly from Florida to offices in New York. The drop in lighting is significant, which causes the plants to go into shock. This reduces the chance for the plants to survive in New York. Our plants are much heartier because they are already prepared for the low light office conditions. The office plants we sell are also guaranteed to be of the best quality available. When you call PLB you will be talking to experts with over 40 years of experience in the indoor and outdoor horticultural business. A large part of our business is installing and maintaining office plants. Maintenance and care includes watering, cleaning, pruning, preventing and killing insects, and plant replacement (at our expense) should your plant die. Michael's (the owner) love of the outdoors keeps the business involved in designing and installing apartment terraces and penthouse terraces. The important part of outdoor work is picking the right species of trees and bushes for each location. Even though Manhattan is in zone 6B, which is very misleading, when the North West Wind (the killer wind) blows, temperatures will plummet. The vegetation freezes and the wind dehydrates and kills it. Example last year. *Our New York address is just our office. Please call.

It was honestly a dream and the flowers at our wedding were absolutely stunning. Jenah acted more like a wedding coordinator than a florist. She is always available to speak with her clients and pays *SUCH* attention to detail. From the initial proposal you receive through the date of your event, working with Xylem and Phloem is seriously a dream. My husband and I met with Jenah prior to our wedding and we were both so impressed with how knowledgeable she is and also, how easy she is to talk to about your vision. Her passion is only exceeded by her talent. We had a certain budget in mind that we didn't want to go over. Jenah worked with us to make sure our vision was brought to life while not going over this amount. I walked into our wedding venue (The Metropolitan Building in LIC) and was speechless. She had basically taken our vision and made it 1000x better than we could have ever imagined. So many of our guests called us after the wedding to ask who created everything and how Jenah was able to source such big, beautiful flowers. Another special touch- Jenah walked me around the entire space to show me the arrangements and make sure I loved them. She brought over my bouquet (which was the prettiest I've ever seen) to ensure it was what I wanted so she could make any necessary changes (none were needed- it was breathtaking). My husband later told me that she made 2 boutineers for him to choose from. She takes the time to think ahead and really gives you choices right until the moment you walk down the aisle. It's just the kind of person she is and we love her for it. We loved working with her and really hope our paths cross again. We would recommend absolutely anyone to her.
