Not only is it all on display for you to see, but neatly arranged on a screen, where all you had to do was scroll through and pick your favorite. The shop was clean, smelled nice, and very aesthetically pleasing. First time customers get 10% off, and on Tuesdays you also get an additional discount! (I can't remember exactly how much but great incentives!) Right when you walk in, you're greeted by a kind soul behind a desk waiting for your ID. There's also fruit water by the door for you to enjoy while you shop. The first time we visited we had lime & orange, and the second time we had strawberries. Very nice touch! Most importantly, the staff were incredible. We had the pleasure of meeting Ian and Stephanie our first time in. They're owners of the shop and it really showed how much they love their jobs & appreciate everyone who walks in. They were both incredibly personable and informative. We were in & out in minutes, because of how knowledgeable they were. They were happy to share some local hiking spots with us & interested in everything we had to say. INCREDIBLE hospitality. We came back a second time solely for them, where we met Mariana, another bud tender. She was beyond sweet and also knew the menu extensively. All in all, great location, amazing selection, clean, amazing staff & ownership, and all those little touches that make smaller shops soar above bigger dispensaries. After the condescending incident at San Mateo Ln, called Bisbee store, spoke to Maryls who assured me that Bob would want to know and would call me back when he's back in town in a week. That was weeks ago. Called Marlys twice more, but still no results. Did she even tell him? Does Bob give a shit? Don't know. And now, don't care. Keyway came highly recommended by friends (who Marlys knew), but that didn't seem to matter to anyone there. There is no shortage of professionally run dispensaries in Santa Fe, but Keyway is clearly not one of them which is what I've told these friends, and many others.

So I just picked an "indica" at random, and when I got home I found out that I had just bought a 50/50 hybrid. How did I find out? It was printed on their label! I don't like to leave negative reviews, so I sent off an email asking them what gives, and after a few weeks with no response at all, well, here we are.
