I checked this place out, looking for something indica dominant to help me sleep at night, and was pleased to see that they had three different varieties listed as indica, as opposed to about eight types listed as hybrids. The salesperson could not answer basic questions about the stock they had. I was told that "they" didn't provide numbers on which strains had higher proportions of indica. I asked about comparing them by taste, and once again "they" didn't provide the info to the staff. So I just picked an "indica" at random, and when I got home I found out that I had just bought a 50/50 hybrid. How did I find out? It was printed on their label! The bud I bought was very good, by the way, but it was not what I had came in to buy, and I would not have bought it at all if I had been better informed by the budtender. I don't like to leave negative reviews, so I sent off an email asking them what gives, and after a few weeks with no response at all, well, here we are. I've received great service every time I've gone to CG's. The crew and management are very professional and they take lots of care to discuss which products may help you the most. Since I suffer from a chronic pain condition, faves are the VCDC and OG CBD, which pair high CBD with moderate THC as well as actual flavor! My only complaint is sometimes the herb seems overly moist, but it always burns well. They have the best deal I have found in town on the "Buddha's Tears" oral syringes, too. The attached CBD Store is dishonest. Do not go there. I bought a tincture for sleep. They said it was one of their best selling products. When I asked how it tastes, they said it's "fine - neutral". I tried it that night and it was beyond disgusting: bitter and harsh, wretching and undrinkable. I went back to return it the next day. The same guy who I had bought it from told me that he had warned me that it "smells terrible and tastes terrible" and that I should drink it with juice. Total lie. He said no such thing. Clearly I would not have bought it if he had told me it "smells terrible and tastes terrible." They refused to refund my money. They are dishonest. Take your business elsewhere. read more

I've been very pleased with CG's. One of the best dispensaries in town due to their outstanding service, knowledgable personnel, and wonderful products. They often carry unique products that others don't carry (like their bottled soda pop - medicated of course.) Santa Fe has many options for purchasing canna medicine, and CG deserves to be at the top of your list.
