This place is poppin', there's buskers, live music, and lots of people enjoying a meal on their work break, or just between friends catching up. I even peeped some cuties on a first date. The vibes are great for people watching and just enjoying some time alone.
I went with their cacao fermantado con leche. Beware fermentado first timers, that your GI may be feeling mobile and explosive. I loved that they had different percentages of cacao so you can really customize. I was bummed that my drink tasted like the dish soap that was used to clean the cup. Chocolate caliente is literally my fave thing to try en Mexico so that was a disappointment. Regardless, nobody does chocolate caliente like Mexicanos! I also treated myself to a galleta con chispas shaped in a cute little dinosaur, but I would skip that. It wasn't really tasty and was a bit stale. I had my eye on their brownie and that decadent cake, I should've gone with that instead.
In all, cute spot, low-key vibes, and lots of single origin, trace-able and local chocolate which is ALWAYS the energy we are bringing as globally-conscious travellers/turistas. Would def come again.
