This school is so close knit and everyone knows everyone. If you're looking for a school to pay attention to everyone including small details, I highly recommend! If you're looking for them to be just another child, I suggest you take them to another school. They go above and beyond to make sure all kids are safe by having people out front to direct traffic, allow/stop kiddos from walking in dangerous places and crosswalk guards down the road. That all being said, it's a great school. I specifically stayed close to keep my daughter in this school.

I started out with a reasonable score, and through the flexible learning system I was put into, I can confidently say that the Huntington Learning center caused the majority of my improvement. More specifically, the tutors Roy and Dylan were my catalysts of knowledge. Roy was right by my side the whole way. Whenever I needed help--even with questions that I thought would sound stupid--he took them with languid anticipation. Being tutored by Roy was successful because we would laugh and talk about our histories while studying. Rather than coming to Huntington for dreary, mind-numbing, cathartic cramming sessions, he made the process one I wouldn't mind repeating. Not only that, but he managed to make the material interesting so that I was constantly involved. To say that Dylan was my ACT tutor does not give him justice. Somehow he managed to become a pivotal figure within my life, mentor, and role-model. On top of that, he caused me to learn an abundance of material for the ACT without even letting me know he was doing so. I was going through some rough stuff when I was being tutored, and Dylan gave me a great deal of life advice. Perhaps most importantly, he encouraged me to keep writing in my free time, ultimately fostering my love for English. My thanks go to Roy, Dylan, and the Huntington Learning Center for making me enjoyably excel within the ACT.

GradePower Learning has changed our daughter's life for the better! 3 years ago she was struggling…read morethrough second grade, behind in reading, and rapidly losing confidence. The advice we received from teachers at school to read more at home didn't seem to be helping, and my husband and I though often about holding her back a year to "catch up". After her initial assessment, we felt, for the first time, that our daughter had actually been seen. They were able to identify the very specific areas she was struggling, so we quickly had a plan to help her develop the skills she needed to bring her up to grade level. It was comforting to know we were investing our time helping her in the areas she needed it most. 3 years later, our girl is thriving in school. It's so much fun to see things click for her as she accesses the tools she's acquired at GradePower. She now loves to read and will even read out loud in church or class, and feels confident amongst her peers. GradePower has a system that works, and our time there would have been worth it for the academics alone. What I didn't expect was the amazing relationships we would also develop. The teachers there truly love my girl. They didn't see her as a "problem student" like the teachers at school. They saw her strengths and potential, and they poured into her to help her grow. I have always felt like the teachers and staff have been on her team. It truly is such a special place, and we are so grateful!

Every day when I'd pick up my son, I would see Ruth talking with a parent or myself about milestones being made. It felt like private tutoring. They appreciate kids that don't fit in the standard box and helped me learn my own child's strengths and his preferred ways to learn. A friend of mine recommended Creative Children's Center (her kiddos attend there as well), and I am so thankful that she did. My kiddo started on the infant side and did great! The staff worked with me and my neurotic "new mom schedule." They would keep me updated with anything that might have been different for him that day as well. When my kiddo was old enough to graduate, it was a difficult transition because my son really bonded with the infant teachers. Because of that, they worked on a slow transition (having a few meals over there or naps, etc...). Once the transition was complete, he has done great and now loves his new teachers just as much (plus he gets to play outside which is a total bonus for him). We are now in the 1's room and I love everything he is learning. So many animal sounds and colors. They are working on ABC's with the as well. Art projects are also big with them. It makes this artistic mamma's heart so happy to see my little one enjoys painting (to the best of our ability) as much as me. Parking can be a little challenging at times as Orchard can be busy, but they are working on making some wonderful improvements... there is also parking in the back. They also do not have cameras to watch your kiddo through the day. All staff is trained and certified. They do have cameras that record. Just not available to parents to live stream. Anyway, I am looking forward to watching my little man continue to grow and learn from the Creative Children's team. I am so thankful for them.

My child attended Cherry Lane Montessori for two years when we moved here from another state…read more During that time the entire team was so welcoming and nurturing for my daughter - a home away from home. We transitioned to public school for kindergarten and my child is ranking in the 95-99 percentile in all subjects, doing math and language they haven't learned yet, all stuff she learned at Cherry Lane. Her social skills have flourished, she has so many friends, and she's even used her voice to stand up for a friend that was having some problems with an older student. She's doing great at her new big school all thanks to the foundation we built at Cherry Lane. I cannot recommend this school enough!!

Jessie is an excellent communicator, incredibly supportive and an exceptional teacher. She cares deeply for each of her students and always goes above and beyond to make sure they're succeeding in all areas of development. Our son built a solid foundation and passion for learning while under Jessie's care. He absolutely thrived! My son entered first grade totally prepared thanks to Cherry Lane Montessori. I went to the Carrington College Dental Hygene Clinic…read more I'm not sure that they really have consistent policies that they enforce, and it really wastes their patients time. I was first told it would take two to three visits. The first exam they said my blood pressure was high, but they passed me for treatment. The second time I came they said my blood pressure was too high for treatment. They where approximately the same blood pressure readings from separated by two days. Same blood pressure readings,two days apart. The only difference was the doctors making the decision That is not a fair or consistent policy. If one doctor approves you, then you should be approved for every visit. It's very unsafe for a patient to be cut off in the middle of treatment just because their coffee was a bit strong one day. First time I went they where making claims about my calculus levels without any avidenturary documentation. Nobody could explain to me the clinical definition between calculus level one, two or three. Nobody would take my opinions seriously, even though they where treating my mouth. I went to a dental teaching clinic in the first place because I thought that a teaching clinic would be making a greater effort in following a scientific and professional protocol. This clinic seemed to be making excuses , saying, "This is just a teaching clinic." As an excuse for why they don't need to be professional. I disagree, I think they need to strive to be the most professional and scientific clinic because they are a teaching clinic. For a teaching clinic to admit that they don't care about their reviews or level of professionalism seems like a very poor attitude to have.

I also appreciated that my X-rays & cleanings was very thorough. Although I've only been once, I look forward to future visits, knowing that my dental health will be in good hands. (I sought their care after being double billed by a local dentist, then having several horrifically painful & worse ineffective visits at another dental office.) So if you are between dentists, don't have adequate dental insurance, or just sick of unprofessional dental offices... perhaps consider helping the students here finish out their schooling.
