Dr Lee as i call him is considered one of the foremost experts in Chinese Medicine in Australia. Regardless of the fact his english is minimal, so please be patient when seeing him, he has gift of knowing your problem and then healing it. I tore my lateral ligament in my left knee, about 70% tear from xray, knee was swollen to 3x normal size. on my third visit to Dr Lee in the first week i watched my knee return to normal size. i was a NZ ARMY medic for 5 years and this was nothing i had seen before. I will always see Dr Lee for any medical treatment before i let western medicine butcher my body through surgery. FYI Western Medical knowledge is a few hundred years old, Chinese Medicine is over 4000 yrs old. Opening hours are varied and phone isn't always answered, but i usually just turn up and he sees me within 10-30mins.

The team here provide you with comprehensive care and management plans. I've only used them for my body abuse repairs (osteo) and running analysis. I really appreciate the honesty about the follow up services. This isn't a bulk buy and take all your money kinda place. If you need a weekly tune up to resolve an issue they'll let you know it's a good option. Otherwise it's up to you when to come in for some magical healing hands.

They have been so wonderfully helpful, supportive & professional in helping me sort out my various sports related injuries in the build up to my first Ironman Triathlon. Jay (physio) & Roz (remedial massage) have been crucial in getting me to the start line in the best shape possible after quite a few injury setbacks. They provide excellent treatments (massage, dry needling) and brilliant "homework" including gym programs, running technique, self-massage & stretching tips, plus more to get you back on track as soon as possible. The reception staff including Brit, Elly & Cassie are also super lovely & accommodating at fitting you in for last minute & after hours appointments where possible. If you have a niggling injury I highly recommend these guys (as do many sporting teams around town who use these guys too - think Melb Storm, Melb Rebels, Northern Blues VFL etc)!!

I have been attending Recover Sports Medicine for a short time, and working with expert physio Elle, and found that I'm seeing fast results in both posture, shoulder movement and core strength that are helping in everyday life and on the footy field. However only some a really, truly good. Vigorous Traditional Thai is one. I woke up with a bung shoulder on Sunday morning and thought to myself YOLO I'm getting a massage. Vigorous Traditional Thai are great in that they take same-day bookings. You are offered a bottle of water or soft drink when you first walk in, which is a nice touch. I booked in for a 30-minute neck and shoulder massage (for $40), which in reality turned out to be a full back massage, with just a focus on the shoulders. It was wonderful and she really worked out the kinks. The rooms play some soothing Thai music and are lit by candles during the massage. They are not fully sound-proof but for the cheap price I don't think you can be truly bothered by that. Plus, you won't even notice the outside noise after a few minutes. While I wouldn't say they are truly 'vigorous' they are good for a relaxing massage or to just de-stress (AKA when your partner can't be bothered massaging your shoulders anymore!)

They discuss your problem areas and instead of doing a full body massage they can target your problem areas, which I much prefer! The rooms are kept neat and the beds are fantastic with a good place to rest your arms and they have comfortable head holes. Its cheaper to pay cash rather then use eftpos but it is available. They have a customer rewards card and when we werenin were offered a coupon booklet to use throughout 2015 with a discount for every month. Since I'm new to the area and havent found a remedial masseuse, this will be my go to place for my massage needs!
