Financial considerations are the only concern of this practice, based on the office manager's behavior & discharge from psychiatric care with immediate effect, all scheduled appointments cancelled. No medical practice of any repute would treat their patients in this manner. Avoid this practice at all costs. Unethical & unprofessional. Marc Ettensohn should be avoided at all costs. Any issue I have or problem or question, they are so quick to answer with the right answer and are so incredibly helpful. I have called in countless times with worries and nitpicky things and they leave me happy and at ease every time. I have yet to see any an obstacle that they cannot overcome. I did one on one therapy with Jamie and she was amazing. Her laid-back and super warm and friendly personality makes her so incredibly easy to talk to. If there's things that are troubling you that you don't want to talk about she does not even have to work hard to get you to bring them up because you do so on your own, thanks to how incredibly genuine and caring she is. Dr. Zawadzki (Dr. Z) is out of this world. Unbelievable. If you can't relate in someway and feel comfortable around Dr. Z you're probably not from this planet. He is both interesting as a person, incredibly knowledgeable, and a master of his craft. I was hesitant at first, because they don't except insurance and it was pretty expensive but now I realize it was worth every penny. I have very bad anxiety, depression, and ADHD, and have been struggling with medication and doctors for many years. on top of that, I am sensitive to most medication's. I was so nervous at my first appointment to make sure I explained everything correctly within the appointment time. I had all kinds of notes. I felt he understood me before half the session was over. between his meticulous notetaking and incredible knowledge of the medication's and side effects from real life patients he got me in the best place I have been in my entire life, on the least amount and lowest doses of medication's. Most important of all you can tell he works incredible amounts of overtime to make sure he responds to your messages or gets back to you personally when you're in need. If you're hesitant to go here because they don't take insurance, I highly urge you to give it a try anyways. You'll learn like I have that the places that do accept insurance only care about the insurance money not your health. they just try and cram as many patients in in the shortest amount of time to get the insurance pay out. This is the first healthcare I've ever paid for in my life that I felt I got every penny and more worth of treatment and care.

I was give a piece of loose leaf paper to give my contact information to the education coordinator. The program building is in a strip mall which is where the intake took place and is not on the same location as the housing facilities. The tech and nurse, while very nice, were not helpful and were not able to give me straight answers about the facility. The biggest RED FLAG was when I asked to see the housing facilities. They were unwilling to let me see the housing facilities. I spoke with one of the administrators after back and forth with the intake nurse and letting them know that that this was not acceptible as I wanted to be sure that my child was going to be in a safe environment. I was told by the administrator that this would not be possible without "scheduling well in advance" to be given a tour. At this point I stopped the intake process. This was after driving almost 200 miles from my home to take my kiddo there.

Why does nobody know when the group facilitator is going to come when we been waiting an hour and a half. Why does nobody know when lunch is coming but the staff are perfectly fine with getting their doordash here on time. AND WHY THE HELLLL is my food always never showing up but everyone elses is there. Like it's something new everyday. Don't expect to be fed like a normal human being because they treat you like a toddler. With only 3 messily mozzarella sticks to be called a meal. The actual meal that comes is not edible. SHOUT OUT TO MS. D FOR THIS, she tried my delicious blueberry oatmeal with almonds that i chose on the menu, she spit that crap right out Why? Because it taste like horse radish and kangaroo upper lip. It's not just the food that's horrible, and the overall teamwork and organization in the facility. It is the behavior. There is police called every other week because they keep kids that wont comply with treatment and like to fight. Not to put anyone on blast even though it is very much neccessary.
