I bought 2 passes at a discounted rate to be used at an event I chose. Well I choose the event over a month ago yet my redemption codes do not work. I have tried for a month to get this resolved but no one will email or call me back to fix this. I have my receipt buying the 2 passes but are useless until someone talks to me. Also my event is now sold out which makes me even madder. So I've been essentially robbed of my $70 pass fee as I can't use them. They expire in 3 months. I also have the 14 emails I have sent this company. My last resort was to hope they see this review and care enough to get ahold of me. Carrie

Even if you go alone, you're sure to have a great time! My Paint Nite was a charity even for the Edmonton Humane Society's "Poochy Mamas" with proceeds going to EHS's. Our instructor was up beat and very encouraging. He went through the steps a little quickly but had a few assistants there to help out if need be. Whether you needed more paint or some advice they quickly were at your service. My only advice is that depending on where you're located in the room it can be difficult to see what's going on. I had to sneak a peek at others work to make sure I was doing okay! Lol... It was awesome to see everyone's masterpieces at the end! Overall my PN experience was fun!

My husband and I figured we would just take turns taking pictures and gave up on a family picture. Luckily the owner Kathy was so kind to take our pictures! For almost a whole hour she patiently posed and took pictures of us. She was thoughtful in that she made sure we had solo, paired and family shots. She took amazing photos of us using my iPhone. She was also very good with our son. The sets were so fun, colourful, varied and great quality! I loved that she had sample pictures of her daughter besides each set. These pictures gave us ideas on how to pose and make the most of the set. I went to similar photo taking places in Korea. I'm so excited we have something like this in Edmonton! People can even have group parties here. Right after us a bachelorette group was booked. I would totally love to come back here to take more pictures with friends and family! Totally recommend!

Standouts for me were short ribs which were prepared to delicious, tender perfection (unlike many places where they can be tough and/or dry). Two other items that were standouts were wonderfully prepared jumbo prawns in a spicy sauce and a "to die for" stack of candied bacon. Numerous other items were also offered, all well prepared and very tasty. Also offered were above average pairings of a white and red wine, and a very good prosecco. Service was provided by a very capable and friendly young lady and Brad made numerous appearances as well. They went above and beyond for Andrew and me. They provided the microphone and sound system for our wedding ceremony, took care of the microphone service for our MC during the reception, and then hosted the music, dancing portion of our celebration. They interrupted me while we were singing Happy birthday to my daughter, to tell us to clean up. No common decency. They couldn't have waited the 30 secs to tell us to clean up?!?! They told us to finish our cake downstairs....12, 3-5 year old move downstairs and finish the cake. That would have been so chaotic, they didn't care. One asked me if I wanted to take the drinks downstairs then another started pouring old drinks into the jugs, so there went that idea. And the free birthday t-shirt was a small but like a looks more like a large against my daughter. She won't be able to wear it for another 1-2 years. It was a stressful time. Not impressed and probably not going back.

Especially when many people will struggle with just walking upright by the end ;-) The space we had the reunion in was open with vaulted ceilings with a large balcony. The washrooms were also clean the entire night - bonus! The staff (food/liquor) were friendly and easy to find. We had both chef stations (sautéed giant shrimp on bruschetta were my fave) and hor d'oeuvres throughout the evening. We ordered a bottle of champagne to share with our table and the bartender came over to serve it to us and offered to keep it on ice at his station. Without even asking, he would reappear silently to refill our glasses. I wish I had asked his name because he was phenomenal! My only complaint was the lack of seating and volume of the dj/band but I'm guessing those were both choices by the reunion committee. I'm definitely looking forward to the next time I have an event here or any reason to come back and check 'em out.

I work as a designer and it's hard to believe that this was my first year attending Vignettes. I…read morewas absolutely blown away by the creativity and the amount of work that went into each room. My friends and I ended up spending a couple hours going through all the rooms. I was surprised that it took us this long but there was just so much to see and take in. We each had our own favorite rooms and we had a hard time leaving. Some rooms we went into more than once and each time we experienced more. This is a great way to spend an afternoon and see so much amazing talent that our city has to offer!
