Mind is clearly an excellent cause, but an average charity shop. The charity 'helps people take control of their mental health' by providing advice, medical care and help for relatives and carers. A good cause to support, then, but sadly the stock was a bit depleted and the whole experience tending toward the beige. Its ladies section is undoubtedly full, but there seemed to be no mens' clothes at all and the book section was entirely devoted to chick-lit and thrillers. In any other street it wouldn't be worthy of comment good or bad, but in George Street, rife as it is with superb charity shops, it's a bit of a let-down.
