An example of how good they are, I recently had my compressor go on my air-conditioning system in my car they replaced the compressor and I was back on the road within one day. Several days later the air started coming out warm, I brought the car back and was told the compressor self destructed. and there was metal filings throughout my AC system they replaced the entire system without any charge to me saying that they would cover it and get the money from the warranty provided by the company that manufactured the compressor. this is the type of service you can expect if you take your car to Curry's. They stand behind their work and are excellent mechanics. Ladies don't be afraid of taking your car there. I asked to keep all four tires that were being replaced and they still threw them away. When I asked for my tires they wanted to give me bald tires that weren't even the same size, and didn't want to pay me or replace my tires they threw away that were still good. It took two weeks to fix this issue. Very bad at getting jobs done fast. Poor communication.

They started conversation as "You are not our customer" simply because I got their service through the insurance. I wish it were misunderstanding, but how they deal with my review tells a lot of things. ------------------------------------------ I hate to leave negative review because you guys did the job done. But I must tell you, one of your guys, Basim really does not seem to care about your customers. I called you guys for lock out service, and he showed up on site, then he did not walk out of his car for more than 20 minutes because he was on the phone with his friends or whatever. And my car was running, and I am pretty sure that he saw me as well because I was standing by my car which was really close to his. Then he slowly walked out of his car and did the job which takes about 30 seconds. I already waited like 45 minutes and had to wait 20 minutes longer after he arrived because he did not get out of his car. Very horrible customer service, I can tell.
