After inspection we found that the chimney is in bad shape and needs to be partially taken down and rebuilt. I told him that I was interested in getting an estimate on just taking it down for safety's sake and one for rebuilding it to be functional. A whole month later after numerous phone calls and voicemails I can't get him to respond, so it seems as though he never had any intention of doing the job even though he said he would get me estimates. I wouldn't care if he just told me he wasn't interested in the job, but to just ignore all attempts of contact is a bad way to run a business.

But I agreed. I told her I paid someone before the holidays but could not reach her. It was fir 2 people for 3 hours of deep cleaning and I paid $120. It was my whole apartment. Nicole quoted me $100. I was hoping she planned on 3 hours. She said it would be her and her husband when he gets off work at 5. We made plans for the next week. On the day I got sick. I called to let her know and she told me her daughter and husband had Covid anyway. What?? She never called me. I told her to please call me when her family is better. No call. Called Executive Pro Cleaning last weekend. Yes. They want to do it. I spoke with the husband who checked with the wife first. I offered Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. She chose Wednesday. Great. I called this morning to verify and yes. Yes we will be there a little after 5 when her husband gets off work. I asked her to call when she was on her way. 5:30?? No call . So I reach out. No answer. Left message. 6 pm no call. I reach out. No answering. Left message about how important it is. How I already have their money. How I do not care how late they come or how late they stay. I just need it done very badly. Please call asap. 6:30 no call. Left message again. I cannot believe they are doing this to me. Ghosting me??!! I cannot believe they are not going to be cleaning fir me and I have tomorriw morning to try and find someone else. Or.....do it myself!!! I am livid!! Who are these people to just leave me hanging? So inappropriate, unkind and unprofessional. Whatever she sounds like on the phone...all professional...do not be fooled. Just awful. Thanx for nothing Nicole and Executive Pro Cleaning.

As expected, they are all highly energetic, so ensuring a safe and secure enclosure was a top priority for us. Our initial consultation was with Daniel, who proved to be exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He took the time to thoroughly address all of our questions and concerns regarding the fencing options and installation process. Additionally, he was incredibly patient and supportive as we navigated the necessary steps for obtaining approval through our HOA and coordinating with the county. His guidance made what could have been a complicated process feel much more manageable. On the day of installation, we had the pleasure of working with Steven, Josiah, and Ryder. Their professionalism and attention to detail were immediately evident. Before beginning the installation, they carefully walked the property with us to confirm the exact placement of the fence and ensure it aligned perfectly with our preferences and property boundaries. The team worked with remarkable efficiency and coordination, completing the entire installation in less than a day--an outcome that far exceeded our expectations. Upon completion, they conducted a thorough walkthrough and asked thoughtful questions to ensure every aspect of the fence met our standards. Overall, our experience was outstanding from start to finish. We highly recommend this company without hesitation. Special thanks to Daniel for his exceptional support during the initial stages, and to Steven, Josiah, and Ryder for delivering such high-quality workmanship. Their efforts are truly appreciated.

I had a black chain link fence installed around my property that was a little over $14,000.00…read moredollars. Overall, I am not unhappy about the price as it seemed reasonable. No complaints on that part. Keith came out to the house as he said he would and was very helpful. During the conversation I mentioned that I needed two 5-foot gates going into the backyard because I would be driving my truck and trailers to the backyard. They showed up when they said they would and did the work quickly. My job requires that I travel so I was not able to check the work too quickly, but when I went to drive my truck and trailer into the back yard, they would not fit through the gate. They put in 2, 4-foot gates. I checked the contract that I admit I hastily signed because of my work schedule, and it did say 2, 4-foot gates. I immediately called Keith and I took responsibility for the mistake because after all, I did sign the contract. I admitted to Keith that the mistake was my fault and not theirs. Keith stated he would give me break on fixing the issue and told me that it would be about 2 weeks to get it fixed. That was August 25th. I called yesterday, September 30th and left Keith a voicemail. He sent me a text this morning, October 1, 2026, stating that they were on a bigger project and it would be a couple of weeks. So, a couple of weeks is vague. I cannot plan for the work I still need to have done. Their initial service was good, but the customer care and follow-up is very poor. Again, the mess up was my fault and I took full responsibility for it; however, I feel that once you have paid your invoice, they don't really care about you after they receive their money. I will not do business with them in the future. So, again, I want to make it clear that it was my fault initially. To be completely transparent, attached is the text I received this morning to show that this is not a one-sided review from only my "opinion." You can read it for yourself.
