I understand policies, but charging for removal when the initial service failed within 48 hours feels unfair. This was also my first experience getting lashes. The shop that I ended up using understood what I wanted, was able to confirm pricing ahead of time and ASSURED ME, IF I CAME IN, I'D BE TAKEN GOOD CARE OF.
