I had purchased a real hair topper for $199. Once home and in more natural lighting I did not like the color and coverage. This hair topper was new, in the package, no trimming or adjusted in any way. I was going to exchange it for something better. Now i will go back to online where I can do a return if needed. Really wanted to o buy locally.

For me the store was quaint and I did not feel overwhelmed. there was definitely no pressure on what to buy. It was all about what I thought was good for me. We went in back so she could trim it a little as it was very long for my taste. She grabbed a hank and started chopping on it. The wig was not secure on my head. I watched in horror. Then I asked her to stop. I took it home and fixed it as best I could, it doesn't look terrible. It also cannot be styled with a low iron. It melts. This is a garbage wig. I ended up with bangs because they did not have any lace front. They tried to tell me this one was. I have watched videos. This is not a lace front wig. Imagine my surprise when my insurance company was charged $500 for a $100 at the most wig. I feel like I was taken advantage of because of my compromised position. I would not recommend anyone use this business. They promised me they would order some wig shampoo as they were out, three weeks later the woman tells me use Dawn dish soap. That's the kind of professional treatment I won't go back for.

My mom uses them, grudgingly, only bc there aren't options in the area. It's walk-in or appointment. However, when you do walk in, you are greeted with unfriendly faces and no welcome party. When someone finally greeted me, I got as little help as possible. I felt like Julia Roberts in 'Pretty Woman'. I tried on some pieces and when I asked about the Halo Extensions I told her I was unsure how to put it in, she ignored me, saw me struggling, and continued with whatever she was doing which was just avoiding me. And eventually walked away. I kept looking, she never once came back to follow up or see how I was doing. Rude. The owner and her staff. I will gladly drive to Tampa and give my business to someone who appreciates it and I know I'm receiving quality product and information from qualified professionals.
