Like Guinness tasting better in Ireland., gelato tastes better in Italy. I. Additional to gelato, De Vivi has a scrumptious pastry counter and coffee bar. Like heaven on earth. Like most places in italy, you first go to the cash register, pay for what you want, then go to the food counter, give the attendant your receipt and get your gelato or pastry or coffee. Not touristy. Many locals were hanging out enjoying their treats. Well worth the visit.

Affogato - quite a large amount of coffee and the gelato felt a little too less. So the espresso flavor came through very strong. Love the presentation for this though! Passion fruit gelato - had a little tanginess to it (not properly sweet) but I actually quite enjoyed it! Kinder gelato was probably the favorite among the other gelato flavors fried. Dad and brother both ordered this! They had a lot of cakes on display that looked extremely delicious and tempting as well!
