The customer service agent said that even though the disclaimer was NO WHERE on their warranty paperwork, it was on their website. Like who looks up the website when they are dealing with a dead battery. I am not a lawyer but one would think that such a disclaimer should be on the warranty paperwork. Over promise and under deliver. Probably when I have not been a AAA customer since 2022.
