Otherwise, your experience may include: - Him and his nurse refusing to let you leave if you don't stop crying. If you're lucky enough, you'll even get yelled at too! - Not having anything explained to you - Not getting sedating properly Also, I took a look at the other reviews from WebMD, Google, and Yelp. Dating back a whole decade, this man has bruised kids' arms, and yells at them excessively. You don't even need to take my word for it -- you can see the photos pop up when you search his name. This is already hard enough for adult patients to deal with, so I can only imagine how horrible it is for the kids. Cruel people like this do not deserve to have a medical license, let alone be actively practicing dentistry. Mr. McAboy, may nobody else be harmed under your care.

My anxiety is about a 9. Not just from pain etc. Also my teeth are not the best and I feel embarrassed. Instead of judgment or silence. I received understanding and empathy. Through out the procedure, my pain was constantly there first concern. I was given multiple additional shots as they said, it turns out my canine was a "hot" tooth. The chair massaged me and Amber brought me a glass of water and a heated neck wrap. She even brought my wife back, who was waiting in the lobby; while I was getting numb. She was a very proactive and thoughtful assistant. Doctor Cook was a complete professional and her chair side manner was top shelf. This dental office is set apart from the rest and above them all, in it's own league. If you are on the fence and putting off going to the dentist because of anxiety. My dentist Dr. Madiha Khan and amazing and ensured to thoroughly inspect my teeth. She gave me great recommendations and they were able to get me scheduled for my next visit immediately. When she questioned her about it and tried to explain that she was wrong about the payment and offered to provide proof, she was rudely told she either had to pay what she was asked to pay or cancel her appointment. Then when asked if we could prove there was an error after the fact if we could get a refund, she rudely said "we could talk about." She ultimately ended up making my wife reschedule for TWO WEEKS later. I called to complain and talked to a different woman who was very understanding, professional, and patient. (despite my frustration) She correctly identified my insurance, walked me through what I should have been asked to pay, and rescheduled my wife for two days later. This first woman, who again, turned away my wife who was in pain for her appointment despite her having the correct insurance she claimed to have, was completely unreasonable and unprofessional. She extended the pain my wife was having in her tooth and embarrassed her in front of the other people who were in line behind her. If I were you and this lady was the receptionist I would wait until someone else was available and refuse to work with her. She no idea what she is doing and a miserable person to interact with. (This is not the first time shes been uninformed, unhelpful, and rude to us) This woman should have no place interacting with patients in any manner.

Dr. Eslami is one of the kindest, most compassionate physicians I have ever met. His calm demeanor, patience, and genuine concern for his patients immediately put me at ease. He took the time to answer every question, never made me feel rushed, and treated me with such kindness that I always felt I was in the best hands. Dr. Eslami is also an exceptionally skilled periodontist. I originally expected gum grafting on two teeth, but during surgery he was able to successfully treat four teeth in addition to performing my frenectomy. His precision, attention to detail, and commitment to achieving the best possible outcome far exceeded my expectations. The results have been nothing short of amazing. The before-and-after photos I attached were taken just one week apart, and I was blown away by the transformation in such a short time. Knowing that I'll continue to heal over the coming months makes me even more appreciative of Dr. Eslami's expertise. I also want to recognize Shauna, Sarah, and Aubrey, who made every visit a positive experience. They were warm, compassionate, reassuring, and genuinely fun to be around. Their kindness helped turn what could have been a stressful experience into one where I actually looked forward to my appointments. Thank you as well to David for helping coordinate my care throughout the process. It is rare to find a practice where exceptional clinical skill is matched by such genuine compassion. That culture clearly starts with Dr. Eslami and extends throughout his entire team. Thank you all for changing my smile and for taking such wonderful care of me. I called and left messages at about 8 different dental offices, including an emergency office. The emergency office called back and said they didn't feel comfortable giving pain medication to someone who wasn't a patient. I didn't want medicine, I wanted my tooth fixed and isn't the point of someone going to an emergency dentist the fact that there's no other option? I digress. So on New Years Eve Dr. Geller called me back and got me in for an appointment that day. Before that call I was sure I was going to have to wait a few painful days before I could see anyone, but I was wrong. It turned out to be a cracked tooth from an old injury and he was able to take care of it promptly, putting me out of my misery. He's incredibly knowledgeable and kind and treats you with compassion like a person who is in pain, not someone who is being whiny. The office is not like the dental spas you may find elsewhere, but they make up for it with the quality of service and professionalism. I only recommend people to Dr. Geller. And as a plus, he does not lecture or judge you for smoking.

Here I am now trying to schedule a routine dental exam can not even get an appointment scheduled or a payment put in place for a balance that I was reassured insurance was covered or I would've paid for it out of pocket just like I did for my cleaning and exam to see what the problem. I would just have them make sure what ever procedure needed or required the insurance company will pay and not have bad Debt added to your name or profile because in reality the insurance company don't cover the dental procedures required. Overall alright I guess just don't like hidden surprises fees or policy that have a bill added to you without you knowing. Just sad bad debt was added without communication of payment plan or other ways to take care of the bill insurance didn't take care especially if you're paying the bad debt to come to good standing.
