I currently live in Palm Bay, and actually only recently moved to Florida back in November 2024. I…read moream a Philly native, and immediately following High School I joined the USAF. Being in the military means you move around...A LOT. While yes, the military does handle everything for your move from the costs to logistics to travel tickets/per diem...moving is still extremely stressful and I would imagine almost everyone feels the exact same way. My first duty station was overseas in the UK, and I was stationed there for 5 years. It's stressful enough moving down the street, try a different country AND continent lol. Eventually, I left the UK and moved to Denver, CO. After a while I moved down to Colorado Springs, CO which is just about an hour south of Denver. From there, I did a DITY move cross-country to lovely Florida. Every single time I have moved I have always been stressed, high-strung, anxiety-ridden. I will be relocating to Titusville soon, and looking for a new apartment is, you guessed it..stressful. Fortunately, I came across the DREAM Space Coast apartment complex, and went and toured the grounds as well as several units today May 14, 2025. If you're like me, then you read reviews about the important things. Not things like which brand of paper towels is better, but things like which car you are going to buy, where you are going to live, which school to send your children, etc etc. At first glance of the reviews for this place, I was definitely shocked. From their website, it looks to be like such a lovely and beautiful property, definitely one that looks enticing and makes you wanna move in and live there. So when I saw reviews for terrible management or terrible service or horrible living conditions, I really didn't know what to think. I am very glad I did not believe the reviews I saw online and decided to go in person for a tour. Everything from the main lobby to the grand room to some of the hallways and especially the units themselves, just made me already want to live there. From the outside, the property does not look the nicest as you're driving down US-1 and passing it. But once you actually decide to pull into the parking lot, go inside the building itself, take a look around at what it offers, and soak in the beautiful vastness of the lake, the launchpads, a clear view of JFK Space Center, I instantly knew that I had truly found my DREAM apartment, pun intended. I need to give a HUGE shoutout to Cristina, Alexis, Kelsey, and their district(?) manager(I unfortunately did not get her name). Cristina was not only my leasing agent for the day, but was my extremely knowledgeable and personable tour guide. The passion that she alone has behind her career comes across in a way that gives you all the warm fuzzy feelings. During the tour, she mentioned about how she is an individual of high integrity, and I knew then I could trust her. Not only was she able to communicate thoroughly and concisely, but she was able to answer every single one of my questions without skipping a beat. The property itself has a huge history behind it, and like all things, is always striving for improvement. I came to DREAM today wanting to fall in love with the place and I did. I even applied for an apartment today and I cannot wait to move in! The staff and management at DREAM Space Coast made me feel like I was already home, and for the very first time I did not experience any anxiety, worry, stress, or fear about moving to my new apartment. In closing, I believe you should love where you live and love where you work. I can say without a shadow of doubt that I will love living here, and the staff/leasing agents love working here, and altogether that makes for an amazing experience when living in an apartment complex such as DREAM Space Coast. I have not moved in yet, and this is just my initial review. I will follow up with another one after I have moved in and review that experience as well. If you have read this far, and you are looking for an apartment in Titusville FL, DREAM Space Coast is where you want to live.

So the staff is really never there especially the property manager Alexis she just randomly leaves…read morewhen she pleases, also there isn't any insulation in any part of the building which has led to black mold in every unit, the maintenance department takes their time completing work orders and seems like they only focus on fixing empty units. DONT MOVE HERE!!! ITS OVERPRICED MOLD BEHIND EVERY WALL AND DLP CAPITAL IS IN MULTIPLE LAW SUITS FROM EX TENANTS!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

We got a cat while living there - paid a $350 pet deposit (non-refundable!) plus and extra $20 a month pet rent!!! For a Cat!! - same fee as dogs! They posted a sign on our doors stating all the dog breeds they DO NOT allow (pfffft!) in the development: pit bulls, german shepards, and other aggression-tendency breeds. We have seen well over 20 pit bulls there and several german shepards as well as pit-bull mixes. There is dog crap ALL over the place because people suck. We love dogs (we just don't have one at this time) but dog owners need to take responsibility for their pet. IF you chose to live there, pay VERY close attention to the charges they apply to your account. We kept a separate spreadsheet just to track our fees. When you pay $2000+ a month in rent, you should expect more than what The Solamere Grand is capable of providing. Rent a house!! You will thank me later -
