The sales rep (Pedro) offered to install my battery for free, even though it was single digit temperatures outside. I eagerly accepted. Pedro ran into some issues when installing my battery, issues that were not his fault. Several staff members jumped to his assistance, and even installed some additional parts (at their own expense) to make sure that I was taken care of. It is rare to receive this level of service in town. I look forward to my next experience at Advance Auto Parts.

I write this review, not with malice, but to warn car owners out there. This shop is not reputable…read moreand not trustworthy. I was having problems with one of my bearings and drove the car to this shop to get it looked at. They were pressuring me to get more work done on the car then it needed. When I refused additional work, and just had the bearings looked at, it ended up breaking just a few weeks later. Poor workmanship and terrible customer service. Would not recommend.
