We decided to lease a new car for the first time. When It came time to sign the lease contract, our…read moreinsurance company never notified us that we needed higher coverage amounts. At this point being down to the wire, our car salesman passed his personal agent to us and said Brian, from McCollum insurance, will be able to assist you with the proper coverage. Being in a mad panic, I called Brian and explained our situation. He immediately took the necessary action, and within an hour had a proposal for not just the leased car, but two other vehicles also needed coverage ASAP! Because of his quick assessment, attention to detail and follow through ability. I do not even look the other way. Even if they are lower and offer the same coverage amounts. I never meet Brian, but being in business for myself tells me all I need to know when giving a task to a busy man if you want full completion Thanks as always, Brian Bill C.

I can't praise Yamaya and the South Street State Farm team enough. As a 40-year-old tech enthusiast…read moreand self-described geek, I still value face-to-face service, and this experience confirms its importance. Insurance can often be complicated and confusing, but Yamaya provided clear, thoughtful guidance and gave me complete peace of mind as I switched from Progressive to State Farm for my auto coverage. My old Progressive policy was a basic plan that I later realized wouldn't have fully protected me if something had happened. Having a knowledgeable, friendly, and approachable agent like Yamaya--someone who listens, explains, and handles the details--has made all the difference. I've now purchased auto, renters, and life insurance through this office, and every interaction has been excellent. This setup offers the best of both worlds: personal help in person or over the phone, combined with State Farm's apps and online portals that make it simple to track your accounts, payments, and claims. My State Farm experience has been money well spent and a good reminder that no technology can replace genuine human expertise. Thank you!
