I visited this dentistry to replace my filling that had come out a couple of days before.
The dentist explained to me that I would need an inlay, but I asked her to give me a filling instead as a temp solution.
I was lucky in a sense that loosing the filling didn't cause me any pain in the teeth.
Before starting the treatment, she gave me the injection to numb the area. I was expecting her to send me to the waiting room to feel numb, and I also asked this when I saw that she was about the drill my teeth. She said not to worry as it wouldn't hurt. Well, it didn't.
But it still made me upset, as I felt that she didn't consider my request.
When i left the dentistry, a couple of days later, I couldn't bite with the teeth. I called her and she said come back as perhaps the filling is too high.
When I got into the chair, she would start working without explaining what she was going to do.
Although I assumed what she was going to do, I expected her to tell me first!!! This is how they should treat patients!
She drilled off a bit, but again i stopped her because it was hurting and also i was loosing my patience with her.
I've been to many different dentistries across different countries, but this was one of the poorest experiences i had. I decided to see this private dentistry as i wanted to get a good service, but i would never go back again. read more
