Unfortunately, we can't help but submit this complaint hoping for a fast and adequate resolution. So, no one else must experience this. We Shopped around for months visiting several establishments to refurnish several rooms in our house. Our saleswoman (Karen from the Queensbury Location) was very attentive, kind and knowledgeable in her product. We explained to her what we were looking for and she 100% nailed it out of the park. We custom ordered a sectional reclining couch. We were told that the warehouse did not have the pieces to fill our order, and the shipment would be around NOV 1st. As This was so exiting for our family and we patiently waited for this arrival. We visited the store a couple times to pick out an entertainment center, coffee table and end stand set. Nov 1st we were told that the sofa was in and that the warehouse was open for pick up until 6pm. My Husband and I arranged for help and our schedules from work to pick up. When we arrived at 3:30pm to warehouse. Our excitement was high. We rang the bell to alert that we were there and there were several employees in sight, and no one acknowledged us. We were about to ding the bell again and someone from the warehouse asked if we were being helped? We said NO. Then they went into the office to a man that was sitting with his back to us, and he said I am busy. We finally got helped and were told to go to bay 5. While waiting for pick up in bay, The gentleman in office with his back to use came walking out with a coworker saying ("who shows up at 3:30!" They will be waiting awhile...) one of these employees was (Paul) the Manager. We Finally get our sofa piece home, remove our old couch and start to unbox our new sofa. Come to find out they gave us 2 air massage single recliners with arms. We went straight to the Queensbury location to see where the mix up was. As we stood there, the store and warehouse argued who messed up Until they closed. We were told that at 10 am the GM would call us from warehouse to resolve this. 10 am, we received a call from the warehouse saying that the resolve was a time frame between Thursday -Saturday before an available delivery truck and manpower. We went to store and said that was not acceptable. We spoke to manager (Melissa) of the store to come up with an acceptable solution. We offered to deliver the two items to the warehouse in the rain and pick up ours. Nope! We offered to pick up ours and they could schedule a pick up for the other two items. They had a delivery truck in our area that picked up their piece and we drove to get ours. The delivery guy admitted to us while picking up that they had about an hour before their next delivery. In that time, they could have driven back to warehouse and picked up ours and delivered/ picked. We arrived at the warehouse to pick up our pieces that we were told were ready for us. They were not ready for us to receive. After finding out that the boxes were labeled wrong there was an apology of "sorry things happen." We didn't feel that this was resolved at all properly. This wasted our time, money, and was extremely stressful.

After visiting several other stores and looking on-line, we settled on buying our first set of summer furnishing from Drew primarily because of their willingness to deliver and get everything set up. Since then, we only go to Woodware for outdoor furniture. Everyone who visits us comments on how great the chairs, tables, and sofas look and feel. The service is beyond accommodating. If anything is not to your satisfaction, they make the effort to correct, redirect or offer alternatives. Buying local is a key value for us and the Woodware team embodies that family focus.

I've been going there on and off for years and years and I am so happy it is still in business. I have a plethora of different objects from Woodware - from a Santa tree carving to a wooden bunny ornament to a Mbira - everything is hand crafted and as beautiful as can be. The owner is super friendly and always warmly welcomes us into the store. His father used to do most of the wood carvings, and still does a good amount, but I noticed last time I was there that some of the wood trinkets were imported. Fine by me though! You can definitely feel the amount of love and care that went into each wood product. Every piece is different in its own unique way and that is so very cool. They sell everything - wooden bowls, salad tongs, chairs, tables, wood "paintings," chopping boards, rocking chairs, etc. They also sell beds, mattresses, lamps, and other regular household items. If you are looking for a special, one of a kind gift, definitely check out Woodware!

They exceeded our expectations on our purchases and described fully the differences among the selections we made which allowed us to make the correct selections. Dave and his staff understand customer relationship marketing as they determined our needs with our complete satisfaction. The delivery and set up was performed by very courteous and knowledgeable employees. The competition in our area did not meet any of our expectations for price, quality and customer satisfaction. Livingston's has a great selection and value for your money. In summary, this was the best experience we ever had and would highly recommend Livingston's Furniture to anyone who wants high quality furniture.

David is the consummate professional and his company reflects his understanding of customer service. We purchased a kitchen table and chair set from David and it was delivered on time and in excellent shape. After only a few weeks the table began to break down, some sort of manufacturer defect. David was most gracious in arranging the ordering of and the delivery of the replacement table. When it came time for us to order a new platform bed, we knew that the only place we wanted to do business with was Livingston's Inc. DBA Livingston's Furniture. We went in on a Sunday and while David was not there, his sales staff was most pleasant and reflected the level of customer service we had come to expect from David. As always, the price was more than fair and the salesman agreed to haul away our old box spring and bed frame for a nominal fee (again, more than reasonable). The delivery was terrific once more. We live in a house built in the 1870's and getting deliveries in and out of the house is not easy. Further, we live downstairs from the main level and communicating where we live and how to get into the house is difficult. The driver was courteous and expertly assembled the bed in a matter of minutes, then hauled the old (badly damaged) box spring from old stone storage room. We love supporting small businesses and I encourage all Fulton-Montgomery area residents to support David Livingston and his family's business that has been serving our communities since 1901. Thank you David and team for another great experience!

We requested the service of the same design consultant, Rhéanne, since she was so helpful and knowledgeable about the various furniture products. Once we had navigated our way through the various rooms and floors in the store, asking her numerous questions about sizes, shapes, construction, comfort, durability, and who knows what else, we agreed to email her dimensions and pictures of our room. On our next visit with her, she even agreed to meet us in their Lake George/Queensbury location to show us examples of couches that were not at the Saratoga Lake location. At this point she was also able to show us a simulation on an iPad of how the pieces of furniture we were considering would fit in our room. Once we decided upon the particular couch and an additional chair, Rhéanne assisted us in choosing sample fabrics that we were able to bring home and see in the natural and artificial light of the room. The store even provided us with a template of the couch that we were able to place in the room to better visualize the couch's placement. It didn't matter how many times we needed to return and borrow additional sample fabrics to test in the room, Rhéanne was willing to take the necessary time to assist us in selecting what we were looking to achieve and to offer her valued advice and expertise which we so welcomed. The furniture is now on order and we are confident that we have made the best choices. Observing the other design consultants while we were there, we are confident that they are equally helpful. The choices available for furniture are almost endless here. It is all high quality furniture that is American made. There are also nice discounts available. NOTE: The map on Yelp is now correct.

They were concerned that it would bleed into the soft wood and I assured them I would still love it. It came out perfect. Over the years I've enjoyed the piece and the place I chose to hang it until one day back in January I decided I wanted a larger version. I emailed them a picture of the current piece asking them if they could do the same on a larger scale to take up the entire wall. After many weeks they found a 101" spalted oak slab and sent me images along with a detailed description of the wood's unique characteristics. We chose a 36" engraved lake image strategically placed at eye level once hung. I was sent digital images of how the final piece would look once engraved. 8 days following agreement to proceed, the piece arrived perfectly packaged in a very professional, custom made crate including custom cut styrofoam and wrap. It was super easy to extract the piece from the crate (just needed a screw driver to unscrew the screws). And when I did, I gasped with joy as it was so impressive looking laying protected in it's cushioned bed. I've decided to save the crate parts (2x4 wood, plywood, and styrofoam) for scrap projects at the house since the pieces are in perfect condition. They attached a french cleat hanger (very stylish and functional) with instructions on how to hang it. In less than 10 minutes I had it on my wall. WOW! I immediately sent them pictures with the message, "I could not have received a better representation of the vision I had in my mind when I embarked on this quest. It is perfect!" Adirondack Live Edge are professionals. They were attentive to details, continually communicated with me throughout the idea and design process, and went above and beyond in the successful creation of my piece. I highly recommend them for any of your live edge wood projects, big or small. Thanks again Justin and team. It is BEAUTIFUL!
