We ordered asian jasmine and it was delivered just as promised! Came in great condition and is growing like a weed!

Do not buy plants from these people! Iv bought $1000 in plants and Iv only had about $100 worth survive! I gave them a chance to make it right by calling Darlene (old hag) I told her "I have been watering the plants as much as I needed to and that majority of them have died" Darlene's response was just awful she said " Tough luck" she also hung up in my face after calling me a "bitch". I would give this place 0stars because it's no where near 1 star. Do your self a favor and don't waste your time or money on crap plants and terrible customer service. read more

UPDATE... Just received a VM from Darlene, the owner. I am absolutely appalled! I've never seen such brazen, unprofessional behavior from the owner of a business about customer satisfaction. According to her, I should have never "shown such ignorance" with the review I left AND she has nothing to be ashamed of...ok, how about the lack of ethical behavior you just exhibited? I thought I was getting a call from her to remedy the situation or make good on her promise to replace my plants (as she promised when I placed my order). My fault for assuming the best in people. My family has owned a small, local business for decades. We would never, EVER treat or talk to our customers this way, under ANY circumstance!!!!! My father always told us...NEVER over promise customers then under produce with your actions or products. Take pride in how you service, respect and treat your customers, not trying to get into a pissing contest with them. In the end, treat your customers how you would expect to be treated and spoken to. Don't be lulled by their glossy brochure promoting "UPS Fast & Efficient Plus Same Day Shipping!" I received the brochure over the weekend, and immediately placed an order for 100 plants. They have no mechanism for online payment, however, so the message confirming my order indicated that someone would call me for payment information. When nobody called Monday, I called the 800 number on their catalogue, getting only a voice mail for "Darlene". Darlene never called back, so I called again today (Thursday). The staffer indicated that they had never received my online order (notwithstanding the confirmation I received). When asked about the unanswered voicemail message, she noted that Darlene was the owner, and sometimes the greenhouse phone rolls over to Darlene's cell phone. No explanation for why the owner wouldn't have returned a voice mail regarding an order of 100 plants. When I expressed frustration about the failure of their ordering "process", the staffer started in with the "we've been in business 30 years, blah blah blah." A helpful response would have been " We screwed up. We're so sorry. Can we overnight the plants to you? " Clearly, they're not interested in my business, so I will be sure to take it elsewhere. read more
