Natasha, the owner and super cool lady, spent 45 MINUTES with my bra fitting, and finally found one that fits me like a glove -- FIRST TIME IN OVER 10 YEARS!!! The thing is that I had gotten implants initially because I suffer from a chest wall deformity called pectus excavatum and did not have very much breast tissue so it's very difficult with my small frame and lack of bust to find what I like to call a big girl bra. I wanted a real bra that made me look like I had rest when dressing up but I have looked at many stores with no avail. I had given up my Christmas search of gifting myself a real bra after having my explant this year. I was going to Publix to buy my little girl a gingerbread house when I saw the sign on the store and it called to me and these ladies took me in minutes before closing and took such special care and interest in my case. I left with a big girl bra just in time for Christmas and I look like I have Breast now. Thank you ladies so much for the blessing on Christmas Eve. I will be back to fill my drawer with bras that actually fit and fill me out

I placed an order totaling $213 on 6/2. The salesperson informed me that orders can take up to 3-5…read moreweeks to come in, but they never actually take that long. I called 3 weeks later to check on the status and they informed me that the order had not been sent to the distributor until a week or more after I placed the order and they could not tell me when it would be in. At that point, I decided to wait and see if my order would come in eventually. On 6/21, I received a call stating my order would be in by the end of the month. On the 30th, I called to check and they had no idea where my order was or when it would be in either. At this point, I requested a refund and a cancellation of my order. They informed me that they do not do refunds. This is false, as a friend of mine had a similar problem and got a full refund after her order did not come in either. It is now 7/5 and I have no items and am out $213. Do not order anything from this business! I was not informed of the no refund policy at the time I placed my order and they have no idea where my items are, nor can they provide a tracking number. Terrible business practices! If I could give negative stars, I would!!
