There's a confrontational unprofessional attitude permeating this company; from the phone operator, to the specific requirements, to the worst of the drivers, it's an inefficient, hit and miss, uncommunicative experience.
Frankly, I don't know who on earth they've got answering the telephones but they just have no manners, they sound thick and a bit aggressive.
Millers has probably got too big and complacent, it behaves as if it doesn't need your business and on an individual level, it probably doesn't!
Give another taxi firm a go is my advice. read more
