They have live music most nights of the week, and even if they don't, it's still a great place to hang out. The drinks and food always hit the spot. When it was slow or empty, I always enjoyed the great company of the two oweners--Elaine and Nizam. And when it was busy, the locals were always fun and charming. Definitely a favorite spot in the evenings, I highly recommend and miss it!

The space is quite tiny, which adds to the atmosphere as well as fill up the bar a little too quickly. One thing is true: It's Dutch 'gezelligheid' at its best. I might just have picked the best night to be here, in which case, you might not find this bar worth 5 stars on other days. To me however, the Sunday alone makes it worth it.

Paul (and others) were all convivial hosts, and the options are plentiful. The inside was entirely inviting, but what a treat to relax over the water or along the street in the sunshine. Neither the attendant at the health Club nor the receptionist were willing/able to sort that issue out for me therefore I didn't access the wellness facility during my whole stay.
