Then that lady went on vacation and we waited and waited. They told us they would send someone to look at the damaged car but no one ever came. Finally after we got the estimate, did the paperwork, and waited and waited, we heard that they would not cover the damaged car. Each time we corresponded with them, I felt we were treated with more disrespect than the time before. The last email even asked me why I had parked a car under a tree that I thought was dead. Not once did they ask me nicely if I could do something for them. It was always demanding & came off as rude. They didn't even check their own paperwork about something I already did for them and called me with an attitude demanding I do that. They didn't have an adjuster go look at my car for 3 weeks but seemed mad this was some long dragged out process when they were the ones putting me off and dragging it out. Very unprofessional.
