My parent have used Hedges for their insurance for decades. Recently they filed a claim when a partially dead tree fell on a car in their driveway, and we were told the car sitting in their driveway would be covered. Then that lady went on vacation and we waited and waited. They told us they would send someone to look at the damaged car but no one ever came. Finally after we got the estimate, did the paperwork, and waited and waited, we heard that they would not cover the damaged car. Each time we corresponded with them, I felt we were treated with more disrespect than the time before. The last email even asked me why I had parked a car under a tree that I thought was dead. My parents paid in many thousands of dollars over the years and this company was unwilling to part with $1900 to fix a dented hood.
