They don't check voicemail, they don't return calls, then finally after over a month, I received a call during Christmas week (waking me up on my first off day, but I was happy to run downstairs to get my insurance at first), and when she found out I was hoping for a Saturday appointment due to work, she was frustrated as, after a long hold, she couldn't reach the "girl who works Saturdays and hadn't given her the January hours yet". I have her name, but not posting here. I told her I was willing to wait (I mean, my shoulder may actually heal on it's own at this point and I'm definitely moving my orthopedic doc appt out since I've been unable to schedule) or I could call her directly and she became angry and hung up on me. Frustrating as I literally waited a month to even try to schedule as I was busy and had already done what I thought was my research so didn't want to start over researching other PT locations further away from where I live...but now, I am!

There were two ladies at the front desk. One of them seemed nice but never said anything when the other woman was being rude to me. The lady who was rude has very short hair. She didn't welcome me or say hello. She asked me what I needed. I proceeded to tell her and she cut me off. I had never been there and I also didn't know the area well. She patronized me about how much pain ear infection causes while I was leaving.You know that bad feeling you get when someone looks at you like you just ruined their lives or something?That's how she looked at me. I've worked in medical records and people have to have a certain amount of empathy and patience. Everyone has a bad day, I know, but you can't let it show through when working with someone who is in pain. Now I know, she may be the nicest person in the world usually ( I doubt it though) but I would really recommend going somewhere else. I feel bad for the doctor because that woman has probably shunned people away before. I hope they acquire better employees for the sake of everyone!
