They were knowledgeable about auto coverage. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The cd pics were good quality. Yes, you walk outside 15 ft to the MRI station, but it was well worth it. They had the interpretation to my primary care doctor the next day. I can not complain.

This place is just so much easier, they actually have real people that answer the phone and scheduling was super easy. Getting my most recent MRI was easier here than getting my haircut! I have been to hospitals and just the check in process can take 20 minutes and the parking is horrible. I parked right out the front door. I was filling out the paperwork 10 seconds after walking in and the wait was about 10 minutes before I was getting the MRI. I researched the cost and was surprised to find that hospitals get paid over $1200 for this service but places like this charge much less. I read that other review and that is not my experience. You go to a doctor and your insurance pays what it pays. I don't know about everyone else but when I go to a medical appointment I give them my health insurance card and whatever the insurance pays it pays and I pay my share - just a deductible with my policy. Hope this review is helpful.

I felt very comfortable with her. It's a quick and easy experience. I would have loved to give them 5 stars because I am true believer in this company but the girl behind the front desk did not give me a great first impression. When I walk into a company I want to be greeted in a way where I feel they are happy to see me. I mean, that person is the face of the company at that point, and with Thermascan being kind of the "underdog" of breast exams, I think a more upbeat, "alive" greeting would have been great! I was already feeling a bit vulnerable, always a little nerve wrecking waiting on results and such. I can't be the only one, right?!:) Maybe I expect more since I myself work behind a desk of a company and I make sure every single person that walks in that door is going to want to come back. My expectations may be high :). You're the first person everyone sees, put on a smile, spread a little joy I will be back, every year. Save the tatas ladies and check this place out! It's never to soon to start being preventative.

I have been very wary of the medical profession for a very long time. As individual people, doctors…read moreare fine, but I've had quite a few problems with doctors AS doctors -- including when I worked in an OB/GYN office. I've found them to be arrogant, to make me feel judged, and some have just not known what they were doing. Because of this, I have avoided going to doctors for years, going only to urgent care when absolutely necessary. But, I needed a prescription refill and there was not another way for me to get it, other than to go to a regular medical doctor. Dr. Lerner is the doctor my sister and nephew go to, and I've always preferred going to "known" entities. So, I sucked up my courage and made an appointment. The first thing I liked it is that she is a D.O. To me, that means that she cares about the "whole" person and not just specialization. The second thing is that hers is a family practice; I rather loved that the first thing I saw when I walked into her office was a teddy bear. I've always felt I'd do better if, even at my age, I could go to a pediatrician because they understand the fear and apprehension. I also liked that, with the sole exception of Dr. Lerner, nobody wore a white coat. And, the office did not have that antiseptic smell that so many offices have. Contrary to what others here have said, I did not find her staff to be difficult. Everyone was very friendly, quick to make a joke and (try to) put me at ease. Dr. Lerner herself is very personable. She has a wonderful manner and put me at as much ease as I could be in that situation. I noticed and liked that, contrary to most doctors, she did not stand over me while talking, but rather, took a chair that was actually lower than where I was sitting. For those who know about psychology, that speaks VOLUMES about how she views her patients. After my initial appointment a month ago, I had to go back for a consultation. Except for being weighed (which I HATE!), it was *almost* a pleasant experience; while explaining what the situation was, Dr. Lerner was very conversational. She smiled, seemed to be of good humor and was genuinely interested. I left the office thinking that she's actually very sweet, and that if she weren't my doctor and we'd met in a different place, we could be friends.
