I will never back to this place, I waited one hour for a blood test ; further the receptionist was very rude

Difficult to rate this place one star. Appointments made several times and I still had to wait for one hour to get a vaccine shot or to see a GP. Disorganised and the manager answer when I have complaint was that I should go somewhere else if I don't like it. Avoid this place . You can do better. They can not! read more

Recently started payment for their services, however the wait time is still the same . Last week I waited nearly 40minutes for a booked appointment. The Doctor couldn't open my results and it took longer Also I needed referrals to see specialists, all upon my request. There were no reminders sent out even though the results indicated issues with the results. The doctor didn't even wanted to sent me to a specialist until I requested, didn't suggest any alternatives. All she did was fillies in a pre- prepared referral form and eventually printed out the copies of my results. the doctor was repeatedly saying that they were running late. At last I had to pay $106 for the "long appointment ". read more

Called the clinic at 9pm as my daughter wasnt feeling well in her tummy, admin girl said yes not a problem to a walk in before 10pm and you will be the next person to see, I therefore got my wife to drive her down and she got there at 9:35pm... when she got there with my daughter they told her sorry we arnt taking more appointment... best to take her to the hospital... far the worst medical centre we have experience... doesn't deserve a smidge of a star... why would you even do that to those that are in need? where is the the faith of our health system being there for the ones that are in need... I would consider all other options before coming here... read more

This place is great if you need a doctor and don't have an appointment. They bulk bill and are open 24 hrs, which is pretty awesome. You can book an appointment during certain times. If you don't have an appointment, your wait will be anywhere from 20 min to two hours. One thing I will point out is when you are called to sit outside the doctors room, when the next person comes out, go straight in. I didn't know this the first time, so I missed my appointment meaning I had to endure another hour wait. read more

Better than an emergency room late at night. Great place to go for later night prescriptions or medicine. Reception has been good everytime, I think people forget the staff do night shift and dayshift so I wouldn't complain if they staff eyes don't light up to see you at 2am. Great amount of parking. All doctors are international here too. I don't make this my main GP as I can't count on getting the same Doctor everytime, they have many. read more

Each time I go there, appointment or not, there is always at least 1 hour wait. Doctors are very general. If you are very sick and need an opinion of a doctor who knows the job, dont go to MP Superclinic. Receptionists are not too friendly at the best of times. Best part its 24 hrs and you can buy ur prescription and a nurse can see you if required. read more
