They were on the site for 5 months. Areas of my house such as my roof and soffits on the porch were left open to all elements for weeks. Birds started nesting. Ashes from the fire and and rain landed on everything I had in my garage. The bathroom was never finished and the tiles are crocked. He performed plumbing (charged me as if he was) and has no plumbing license. The cuts on the soffits are croocked. The roof has dips and is compromised. I have an open lawsuit with him and my attorney has tried to serve him 5 times and he hides like a coward. He argued with the Oregon mediator stating his work is beyond excellent. If that is the case why not be served and show the excellence of your work in court??? If he's doing work for you, I'm sorry you are going through what I'm going through. Contact the Oregon board of construction. Reach out to me if you want to see all the issues we are having and the "quality" work he did. I haven't touched anything since I told him to leave. Now I'm thousands in debt without a certificate for the roof, a working bathroom, and a porch with tarp. Has been in this state since October 2020.

We had 3 other contractors come and take a look, NO ONE ELSE MADE THAT SUGGESTION. He was also very reasonably priced. It was a no brainer to go with him. Ed & his team worked quickly and efficiently. They were great with communication and always cleaned up at the end of the day. Ed is very honest and will immediately tell you if an update is a waste of money. I really appreciated that! For example, I wanted to extend my living room. While it would have given me more space, Ed told me because of the neighborhood, my home value wouldn't increase that much. He took care of all inspections and permits. He made the process very stress free. I have a few other projects in mind and can't wait to work with Ed and his team again.

Never ever under any circumstances do business with these people…read more They operate under the company that states that they will repair your home like it never happened. In November of 2023 I had some roof damage that damaged the ceiling in my family room. They came out and tore the room apart. They were paid by my insurance company. Sometime 8 month later they called back to say they had time to finish the job now. By then I had someone else to help me. So don't ever email, text or call to have these people. Mind you this is my personal opinion. Decide for yourself, or not. By the way it's now 2/2/25. And the room just finished getting fixed. It cost much more than it should have, and their appraisal was totally inadequate.
