I wasn't going to leave a review because I don't like to leave a review unless it's 4 or 5 stars…read moreand especially if a company doesn't have any reviews because I don't want to hurt anyone especially who is just starting out. I hired this individual for the summer and I was neither impressed nor felt he did bad work. It was mediocre. He did accidentally break my glass door and I understand I have rocks in my yard and he could have decided not to mow the lawn but he decided to and he told me he broke it. I of course as a renter, expected him to pay for the glass and he did just that. It took 13 business days and a bit of running him down plus he came out yesterday night after 8 pm and he looked unhappy about replacing it and he didn't seem very professional so I decided I wanted to go with a different lawn service. I let him know and told him I appreciated his work and his honesty but I would be going with a new service. He responded by saying the glass he had to pay for was more than any work he had done and would not be mowing for me anymore. He acted a bit petulant which to me is very unprofessional for someone owning a lawn business. After that text I decided to leave this review and I blocked him and won't be dealing with this individual again. I gave him a 3 overall and I'm sure he's a great guy and maybe didn't realize what he was getting himself into but blaming the customer and being insolent, I don't take to kindly when I had always been nice and professional with him but from day one let him know I expected it to be fixed.

The plumber was argumentative, not knowledgeable, and not trustworthy. I had previously spoken to both companies and cleared that this installation would not void the warranty. The finished job is immediately leaking. I'm going to have to call someone to redo the shoddy work and seek a refund from Lowe's on the install. I cannot recommend this company to anyone who wants a quality experience.

It always pays to look at costs when dealing with anyone but in this case, the price was so out of line they made it an apparent necessity. It's a shame as we liked their technician Kyle.
