Welcome to your new favourite local friendly neighbourhood
cafe/ Burger joint. Worth the trip down if you're local, and even
more so if you're not. Emerging just off Brighton road in Elsternwick
this tiny space of cafe makes the most of what little space it has-
so be prepared for lengthy ques.

A two man operation on the morning of my second visit,
these guys pump out high quality coffee's, chai's, breakfast and
burgers to the masses meandering along Glenhuntly Road.
They also do wickedly divine things such as a peppermint
hot chocolate- almost guaranteed to become an instant hit.
Now firmly established as a local's favorite spot for coffee,
Milky Joe's' may possibly be open till late, for those wanting to satisfy
their evening burger cravings. Close proximity to Elsternwick station,
it is a convenient location, A wise choice for a tasty and easy
going snack; they offer lamb and pork sliders of exceptional quality; the craftsmanship and taste is testament to this.
For those of you who like your burgers done simply but
very well, that are brimming with flavour, then this, my
friends is probably the place for you. 6 burger options
available, Starting from $8 to $10. The milky burger is
the base model, and great, and the Captain comes with
Asian slaw.
All are tantalising and ultimately delicious options. The flavour
combinations are well though, exotic yet straddle the divide between
adventurous and comfortable. Danish meatballs to be on soon!
Look out for the trademark signature- a cup of crisps served with
freshly pickled cucumber. My oh my does it work! read more
