Also an A+ for bedside manners. After she explained everything, I got tucked under a sheet, crystals placed and she read my chakras. What I felt thereafter was pretty unbelievable once Reiki began. I felt as if a heat lamp had been placed and magnets all around me. Like a magnetic force. Very therapeutic. The whole process was about 70 minutes. Caroline was very open and let me know that everyone's experience over the next few days is very different and recommended some meditations going forward. Caroline was also nice enough to see me digital docs/photos with more information on Reiki. It has been very helpful as I look to learn more about my personal chakras, what is going on in my life and what I can do to keep my chakras from clogging. At the…read moretime when I booked my retreat, I was dealing with many limiting beliefs, a challenging romantic relationship and a lack of clarity with my career. I was stressed and lacked tools to properly navigate through this period of my life. Upon arrival in Arizona, I was greeted with a beautiful sunset in the mountains. A great contrast from the concrete jungle of New York City. The next morning, my first planned event was a very necessary full-body massage to release physical tension I was holding onto. Over the 3.5 days Kelly and I spent a lot of time in nature going hiking, watching the sun rise in the morning and star gazing at night, to align with the higher frequency of Earth. There wasn't just one thing or one moment that shifted my energy but a string of thought-provoking conversations, homework assignments, kundalini yoga, cacao and more. Kelly taught me how to protect and clear my aura, self-love mediations, how to live in a state of being and the importance of giving myself permission. Kelly helped me see who I AM already, not someone that I wish to become, but the Amazing Queen I AM. I also learned about my Gene Keys Profile and Human Design Report. I had never heard of these reports before. The information provided a deeper understanding of who I AM already. Instead of wanting to change my behaviors and become someone different, I know now that it's actually easier to Know Thy Self and work with what I have. I am more aware of my inner workings and I am no longer shaming myself about them. It's now my practice to acknowledge what is happening inside of me and allow the moments of insecurity and worry to pass. These moments do not make me weak. Kelly gave me several tools that I have found very useful back home. The one I use most is for grounding. Before I was pretty impulsive but now, I Am grounded into the Earth and don't feel the urge to act or respond until I am truly ready. Now I see, issues fade away. Showing me that most issues will handle themselves in due time. This has also helped my relationship. The house in Arizona was amazing. Comfortable rooms, yoga studio, hot tub, and a big kitchen. Every day we ate fresh, high vibrational, vegan meals made mostly by Kelly. On my final night, we had a special 8-course dinner with Chef Ryan. The food was amazing and very fitting for a grand finale. I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to have had a private moment with Kelly Keefe. The 3.5 days in Arizona were focused on reminding me of who I Am and then offering guidance on how to re-align with my higher self anytime that I wish to.
