Brandy was amazing!! Every time I have been up there, which has been a lot lol she is extremely knowledgeable and extremely friendly!! I got 5 of my pythons from here and I highly recommend Miles of Exotic to everyone! Whether you're just wanting to look around or buy, this is the place to go!! And Brandy is the girl to talk to!!!

I absolutely love this store. The employees are SUPER helpful and when one doesn't have the answer to my questions, they know who can help, and I always get answers. Prices are fair. Their selection of ball pythons is fantastic. I have now bought 5 from them. All in great health and docile, or nearly completely docile depending on age. My kids love checking out all the animals. I shop here for so much of my animal needs: birds, cats, bunny, ball pythons, and fish! I appreciate the workers that know me and my husband, and put up with me wanting to see and ask about the new ball pythons available for adoption, even if I don't end up buying! AWESOME PLACE!

This store is super cool and unique. They have friendly staff that is helpful and you can tell they love animals. They also carry a good supply of specialty dog and cat food.

I bought a sulcata tortoise from here for my daughter. It's all she wanted for Christmas. She was very happy Christmas morning!! This pet store has many fury friends as well as many different types of reptiles and fish. The store was clean and items fairly easy to find. The reason for three stars instead of 4 is because I felt the sales staff wasn't very knowledgeable about the tortoise. It would've been nice to have some information about the little guy. Like a birth month. How he was bred and where? All in all this store is one of the better pet stores around. I will definitely return to this place over the big brand stores. Please do not buy a pet from Miles Of Exotic. They are neglectful and only care about selling animals over the care of the animals

I had an appointment tomorrow at 10 am and they called me at 8:45 pm telling me they had to cancel my NEXT DAY APPOINTMENT because the groomer was "out". And they can't get me rescheduled until July 1st which is over a week wait. I think this is extremely unprofessional and think they could be done better. Won't be coming back.

She asked if why I was coming to the store was essential. I stated yes! I was in the store about five minutes and the lady harassed me stating the items I collected were not essential items and she only l "LET" me in the store because I stated I was getting essential things. Now let me tell you what I had. First I had a dog bowl for food I just purchased a dog from the shelter and needed a bowl. Second I had a leash since there are leash laws and I don't have a fenced in yard! But no the petco manager in liberty stays fuck the leash laws that's not essential! Furthermore, my dog has bowel issues since I did adopt a pet with special needs and I need diapers for my dog. But again that's not essential I just need to let my dog shit all over the house, because I can't let him out cause I don't have a leash and petco states that not essential! Furthermore, I was getting a collar and heading to get him some food again because I just purchased him! When this witch came up to me stating you need to grab ur things and check out we are not allowing anyone in the store for a length of time. I was like in there literally 5 definitely less then 8 min. I said no it's ok. So I turned to put my items down she says... just put them down then and go! I was like seriously!!! You would have thought I fucking stole something the way she was treating me! Then she said have a nice day very Condescendingly!!! At this point she was trying to just piss me off since I didn't purchase anything. She was rude! Just as an FYI I went to petsmart and had no issues at all!!! They were great purchased everything I needed without any attitude or harassment! Just saying if you don't want customers don't be open no need to treat the ones you have like shit!

I took my 14 pound pup for an upgraded groom, per the normal summer time routines. I was told it…read morewould be a few hours, 4 hours later I received a text update saying it would be about an hour more, I have NO concerns with the TIME needed to groom my dog correctly and safely. HERE are where the issues began- I go to pick him up, for the first time a different groomer says uhh here go pay first, then I will bring him out, he might be a little wet. I said umm, please dry him then, I don't pay almost 100$ for a wet dog, and he has fungal skin issues and CAN't be left wet. this is all in his info/chart. I am handed a dripping, shivering dog. I go to the front and ask for assistance as this is unacceptable. Paige, a groomer dries him again, store manager , Stacy comes out with these solutions: 1- I don't know why are dryers just don't work well they don't have strong heat... (that's a you issue Stacy not a ME issue) 2- Request a senior groomer.... Ok so you say the dryers don't work, but through the groomer who was already gone for the day under the bus as the reason my dog was not dried? So Paige gives me my god back about 10 minutes later and he is still wet. I explain to store manager Stacy this is unacceptable, i want a return, she walks away. I go to the front thinking she is meeting me there. For 30 minutes store manager Stacy walked past me, ignored front desk, Whitney (who was WONDERFUL and the only person who showed me ANY customer service, and validated that pup should NOT be soaked) called to Stacy, and Stacy ignored her and walked out of the store. She looked right at me and walked out.... Whitney said she'd be right back and ran out after her, and returned alone. Whitney refunded me the groomer fees, saying Stacy doesn't know how to do the return. It's ok to not know how to do something, but dang, take this chance to LEARN! So by biggest complaint is that store manager Stacy just willfully ignored me for over 30 minutes, never apologized, never took responsibility for the issue. I would NOT recommend going here for grooming, or anything at this point. I asked for the district managers phone number to make a formal complaint against Stacy and she refused to provide me the number saying she doesn't know it. I will be calling other locations to get that number today.

I purchased a guinea pig exercise ball for my friends pet pig. Nice gesture.. right? Well, the pig…read morewas scared of the ball and wouldn't move in it and my friend returned the ball to me... the problem was it was out of their 30 day policy. 30 days!!! That's hardly time enough to know if it will work. I have no use for this ball, so I called the Liberty PetCo and spoke to Robert( nice guy). He understood my situation and I would be driving a long distance and wanted to clear this with them. All I asked for was an exchange. This was granted. However, today I show up at PetCo to exchange and found multiple issues. While on the sales floor I was not greeted-- I was actually COMPLETELY ignored by 2 employees. I was looking for something & could not find it any where. I decide on other items and proceed to check out. Manager is called up & off the bat her attire was very unprofessional and her attitude matched her unprofessional look. Kelsey was the manager and she asked the cashier who told me I could exchange the ball. When she told Kelsey it was Robert- Kelsey began to say Robert knows better than to do this & spoke on about him & made it clear she was unhappy about this exchange stating this one time only she will let it happen. Kelsey was not nice & perhaps having a bad day, but she did not need to take it out on her customer or her employee. Needless to say I will NEVER shop at PetCo again! I think the 30 day policy is a little much when all I needed was to exchange for a product I can actually use! What happened to customer service and professionalism!! Oh!! one more issue KELSEY was one of the employees that passed me at least twice!!
