Also liked that he bills partial hours so repairs are always very affordable and fair! This latest issue was related to an MS Windows 10 update making my version of PowerPoint unable to PRINT! Uber frustrating, but Ransom quickly went through all the possible reasons why my printer was not printing PP files (and all this is done remotely via remote sharing of your desktop so you can see (and hear) his lightning quick mouse moves as he quickly gets to the bottom of your problem!). Mine was solved (along with correcting an unrelated connectivity issue with my printer that had been causing it to randomly 'act badly' from time to time over the years). Should have called Ransom sooner! But all is well now and my business and personal PC needs are all sunshine and goodness (for now)! But great to know that he's just a quick phone call or trouble ticket away for these future issues. He's the best, quickest, and most knowledgeable PC guy I know of! ELG, Huntington Bch., CA

They were unable to retrieve any data from a failed hard drive. I was unable to recognize the obvious clues.....So, I took a new, in the box computer to them to set up, with disks for software that I run. I had an external drive with a backup..... Long story very short. I picked it up, many days after it was promised.... No software had been installed, no needed files. Every file was left, uninstalled as an icon on the desk top. Nothing worked... Nothing. It was surreal.... Like a bad dream. After spending 150.00, and reading the glowing Yelp reviews, I really expected more. Don't be stupid and hopeful.....I'm just not sure why one would consider using this business.

The team at Meta was an absolute pleasure to work with!…read more First off, we had worked with/contacted multiple web designers who told us our site was too complicated and couldn't be done. But in came Meta, "no problem" they said, and off they ran. Obviously extremely experienced, not only did they take our ideas into consideration, but they also had their own ideas they pitched to us (all ideas that we loved and never would've considered without their professional help!). After 4 months of work together, they're still our biggest support system. Not only are they quick with troubleshooting or other questions we have, but they're always suggesting ways to improve our website. They really do care about the success of your company. Although to most, they're only "the people who built the website", they are still always there to give suggestions, and to answer questions to help guide the company to success! We wouldn't be where we are without the whole team at Meta. I cannot emphasize all they've done for our company! If you're looking to build a website, look no further, Meta is your answer! Look out for naughtytoknotty.com!

As a small business owner, I can't stress how important this is and how good they are at it. If my website is down for a few hours, that could be the difference between making my payroll for the week, so it's great to know that I have a lifeline in Meta Interactive. - Detail Oriented - they find things that I hadn't seen, thought about, or considered. Their team understands what the goal is for the whole picture and has the ability to execute down to the smallest element. - Creative Problem Solvers - A lot of times, I don't have the ability to explain to the team what my exact problem is. I don't talk tech. But, the Meta Interactive team understands what I'm getting at and can solve my overall problem even if I don't explain it very well or even if there's not a direct solution. - Wide Range of Skills - Not only did they build my website (labeerhop.com), but they also did most of the design and branding work as well. I feel comfortable giving them work on both the customer facing side and on the back end because I know it's going to look good and function well. - Super Great - Overall, I've referred this team to everyone I know who is looking for web design services, so I'm thrilled that I get to recommend them on Yelp to everyone who is looking for services. They are nice, talented professionals and I've never considered looking for another web partner to work with.

I've used 562 several times to print laptop decals for my computer, and while previous orders were…read morejust cutouts of my logo and were acceptable, this most recent experience was a complete disappointment. I ordered a full laptop decal to cover the front of my laptop, and the quality was subpar. The decal was covered in visible fingerprints, bent easily, and just looked overall poorly made. When I placed my order this past week, I specifically asked if I could pick it up by Saturday, and the person I spoke with confirmed that would be fine. He asked me to send payment via Zelle, which I did. To my surprise, I was able to pick up the order a day early, on Friday, which I appreciated. However, when I arrived, the four decals I paid $45 for were not even protected--he just handed them to me uncovered. The decals already looked of low quality when I received them, but I remained hopeful they might look better on my laptop. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The quality was terrible, so I sent him videos to show the issues and didn't receive a response. After being ignored, I called today to discuss the situation, and when I expressed my dissatisfaction, he dismissed my concerns by blaming the installation. He refused to take any accountability and even mentioned that they use the same material on cars. That's irrelevant--I'm talking about the poor quality of the product you made, not how you use it on other surfaces. I try to be fair, but I don't tolerate businesses failing to take accountability and instead shifting the blame onto the customer. That's simply bad business. I was informed that they don't offer refunds because everything is customized, but if a customer is genuinely dissatisfied, there should be some effort to make it right. That's how I believe good business is done, and I clearly do business differently. So, I won't be returning.
