They have a great range of beers on tap, and they also have a pretty awesome rooftop deck as well. Or at…read moreleast my father reckons he's got some very vivid memories of being one of four kids squeezed into the back seat of an old falcon for the somewhat exciting trip home as his rather pissed grandfather (cultural note for non-Australians: "Pissed" in Australia means drunk, not annoyed) attempted to keep a relatively straight line down the notoriously windy Deakin Avenue (note for non-locals: Deakin is perfectly straight, but far less so after about the seventh or twelfth beer). Long story short, it's been here for ages. I've only been coming here for a couple of years, myself. But it is one of my favourite places for a counter meal in Mildura. The food is invariably good, reasonably priced, and it's generally quiet enough for me to hear conversation that's happening at my table, which is a big deal because I'm pretty deaf. There's the standard pokies area, a TAB area, and probably a bit besides that. ood place.

Mind you, that pub was something like 5 km away from the centre of Mildura, so I guess there is that. Anyway, this pub is pretty awesome, and if it wasn't for that guy I would have never known that it existed. It basically has a lovely verandah, and a great, and quite large, from bar. The taps beers are great, and the service is pretty awesome as well. Yeah, definitely a place to check out.
