I was told that there were several dead bats in my attic, along with some other critters. He informed me that the dead bats had to be removed and the whole attic disinfected because of the health hazard that bat droppings pose to humans. I ended up doing the exclusion and sealing work myself but I wanted the areas that bats touched to be sanitized. Rats to Bats told me that there were no dead bats in my attic and that the soffit area cleanup was not necessary. It was not a health hazard because the guano would dry up and blow away on its own. That kind of honesty is truly refreshing and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for pest removal.

After that Taylor specifically asked me to write a review for him which I did, than things proceeded to go in the wrong direction, hence writing this review. Since that has happened there has been issues with 3 reflectors detaching in a short amount of time. He came by do reinstall 1, but not the other 2 and now Taylor wants to charge $200 to reinstall them blaming the hurricanes on bringing them down (which was not the case). That is obviously not the way to handle customers and quite upsetting given the amount of money I paid. Be careful!

Alex came out the same day we called and quickly sealed off the problem area and checked the house and sealed any other potential problem areas. Within days the problem was contained and by the end of the week we were rodent free. Very professional and works quickly. Even considered our dogs as part of his treatment of the house to be sure they would not be affected. Definitely recommend!

I contacted this company and they responded immediately and although access was difficult, they were able to humanely remove the babies and keep the mother from returning by sealing up the access spaces. Terrible management, broken commitments, and poor communication. Dropped my trailer off with a…read morethree week hard deadline for 4 hour job, Chris said 'no problem' and that he had the material on hand. A week before deadline, he said he hadn't started, that he was working on his commercial customers, but I was next. A day before the deadline, he said he hadn't started yet and didn't have the material, and couldn't get it. I made a call, found and picked up the material, and drove it to him within 90 minutes, and he said he would do the job. The business day after the deadline, he still hadn't started. I picked up my trailer and took it elsewhere. I had to initiate all communication (when expecting to pick up my trailer), never did he call to tell me he hadn't started yet, was having material issues, or would miss the deadline. Maybe if you're one of his big customers you'll get better treatment, but I cannot ever trust a business that works like this: doesn't order material, makes commitments they don't keep, and doesn't communicate issues or lateness. We signed up for the subterranean termite traps (we have a stucco-over- wood-frame house, and…read moretermite protection is a must). We also signed up for semi-monthly pest control. I saw two unwelcome insects in my house this month and that is two bugs too many. Mike from Reynolds Pest Management was here this morning to do the termite traps and the initial pest control inside my house and outdoors around my house. He was extremely professional and polite, and explained everything to me. I am so impressed with this company and its employees. We used Reynolds in 2012 for termite protection -- they apparently no longer do the Termidor treatment -- and at that time I was very impressed with the thoroughness of this labor-intensive installation of termite control. That's why we turned to Reynolds again when we needed termite treatment and pest control. I highly recommend Reynolds, a local company doing VERY GOOD WORK.
