I was informed that you may wish to sell/rent it and I who lived in this apartment would like to be in this apartment again as it has a high emotional value for me. I may consider the price higher than it is its market value. I wanted to contact a woman doctor who purchased it from me some years ago but the contract with her together with other documents were destroyed in an accident in my current apartment and maybe she sold herself the apartment. Currently I am abroad for a longer treatment and cannot contact you in person, from some people who know you I learned about your highly valued work and kind personality.
