It appears that because Lori was displeased that she couldn't access LNI claims, she took matters into her own hands. During several encounters in the clinic hallway, Lori made intimidating comments such as, 'You're going to pay,' and 'Lose some weight.' These remarks were extremely distressing, especially considering my disabilities and anxiety. Although some front desk staff advised me to ignore her behavior, Lori persisted in harassing me. In the past, she even sent a threatening letter regarding my care, falsely accusing me of mistreating the staff to cover her own actions. I have consulted with a medical malpractice attorney and am scheduled to meet with him later this week to explore legal options. It is my hope that through this process, justice will finally be served.

If you have any health issues during Dr. Farrell's holiday time off, forget it. He and his team of…read moreincompetents will (1) treat you poorly if you are lucky enough to reach them or (2) ignore you completely because they are not being paid outside 'office hours'. Either way, you're on your own. Another huge drawback is Dr. Farrell is notoriously LATE for appts, making you wait 30-45 minutes from the time you check in and sometimes another 15-20 minutes in the room. Find a doctor who actually cares about his patients.

In the waiting room, there are all sort of…read moreaccommodation, such as a fridge with bunch small water bottles to quench anyone's thirst, Xbox and toy to keep the kids occupied, and the nice decor with smoothing music put them apart from other dental offices that make you feel like waiting to go on the chopping block. Doctor Chen and her staff is very friendly and nice. They would explain any questions regarding patient's condition, treatments, ways to improve one's oral health, and any concerns. Most important of all, Doctor Chen is very gentle during a procedure, while the explanation/heads up before hand really helps to put one's mind at ease. Personally, I even fell asleep during one of the visit. Overall, definitely a total different experience for a dental office visit, and highly recommended.

I was a little afraid I would be judged for my poor dental hygiene but the staff at Duvall Family Dental didn't make me feel that way at all. Jessica and Kaira made my experience very pleasant. Refilling a prescription is an unclear process. They warn you not to call back or make multiple requests. They system says it will call you back to validate the request. However, that never happened. Twice. In the end, on two different instances, we had to bypass the online/IVR and just go right to the office to get help. It shouldn't be this hard, especially when the doctors are that good.

I understand their way; I guess they want to see as many customers/patients as they can. I want some more patience and time. Particularly from a nurse that wasn't that patient with our baby. They get scared if you are blunt. I first she was on a hurry. I beleive we all should before empathetic with children who are scared or don't understand what is happening. More nowadays that we've been quarentining. Also because they are still developing these kind of emotions in their brain. Doctors are friendly but again. I guess they have tons of work and don't spend time calmly with kid. I loved they are good and knowledgeable. Super friendly. I just wish they could take slowly and not just fast, fast because we must leave soon.
