I strongly advise against using this clinic. Despite being a long-term patient of Dr. Farrell, I was recently dismissed from receiving care there--and from any Evergreen primary care provider--as a result of conflicts involving Lori, the office manager. It appears that because Lori was displeased that she couldn't access LNI claims, she took matters into her own hands. During several encounters in the clinic hallway, Lori made intimidating comments such as, 'You're going to pay,' and 'Lose some weight.' These remarks were extremely distressing, especially considering my disabilities and anxiety. Although some front desk staff advised me to ignore her behavior, Lori persisted in harassing me. In the past, she even sent a threatening letter regarding my care, falsely accusing me of mistreating the staff to cover her own actions. I have consulted with a medical malpractice attorney and am scheduled to meet with him later this week to explore legal options. It is my hope that through this process, justice will finally be served. read more

If you have any health issues during Dr. Farrell's holiday time off, forget it. He and his team of incompetents will (1) treat you poorly if you are lucky enough to reach them or (2) ignore you completely because they are not being paid outside 'office hours'. Either way, you're on your own. Another huge drawback is Dr. Farrell is notoriously LATE for appts, making you wait 30-45 minutes from the time you check in and sometimes another 15-20 minutes in the room. Find a doctor who actually cares about his patients. read more

What is up with the phone lines? I cannot get a hold of anyone and I need to speak with Dr Farrell ASAP.

I was sick for the last 2 weeks, I started calling Evergreen Health in Duvall on day 3 of my illness. My phone calls were never answered even after being on hold for almost 2 hours. On day 4 I waited until after business hours and spoke to answering service and explained I had been trying to reach my Drs office but no one answers the phone or returns calls. Finally I get a call back the next day and a Dr Wu called in Doxycycline for me. A few days pass and I am no better I try calling and still no answer. I finally am able I thought to see my Dr (Dr Farrell), but a nurse comes out and says to me as I am in the waiting area and I quote "I have avoided Covid all this time and I am not rooming you". Really is that seriously ok for a so called nurse to speak to a patient like that? Dr Farrell is a wonderful Dr however you need to figure out your phone system because when patients are sick they need to be able to reach their Physician end of story. This was a completely unacceptable experience with your phone system. Hire someone a "live" person to take calls your phone call system sends you into a black hole. When people are sick they need to be able to reach their doctor. read more

Absolutely the most incompetent doctors I have ever met. I have gone to this place 3 times, and have received 3 incorrect diagnoses. I kept going back because it's so darn convenient, but no more will I waste my time with these idiots just to have to go to another doctor in the end. Here's a typical appointment: --- Doctor walks in, sits at the computer. Doctor: "What are your symptoms?" Patient: "X, Y." Doctor types them into the computer. Doctor: "Okay you have Z." Patient: "Wait, are you going to examine me?" Doctor: "No thanks, here's your prescription." read more

Yup, what Ryan said. I only have one experience here. I didn't really want to go here because of my husband's experiences here, but it's like a minute from home, and I was sick as a dog. I had been sick over a week, tons of symptoms, I finally gave in and decided to just go see a doctor and get on an antibiotic or SOMETHING, because I wasn't getting any better. Doctor comes into the room after the inevitable 30-minute "the doctor will be right in" wait. I give her my entire week's worth of symptoms. She types a bunch of stuff into her computer and stares at it for a minute. "You have a virus. Go home and go to sleep." "Really? That's all I need to do?" "Yes." Okay. Went home, went to sleep. Felt even worse the next day, stayed home, did some more sleeping. The next day I got so sick I passed out in the shower. My husband heard the crash, pulled me out, rinsed the soap off, and took me to urgent care in Redmond. They immediately started me on antibiotics. And gave me a CRAZY pill for the nausea (seriously, this stuff was CRAZY). And then I got better. THE END! read more

Things to keep in mind: *this is not a walk in clinic or urgent care facility. Call ahead if you would like to be seen. Because it is a small clinic, they may be booked up. *do not be late, your appointment is 15 min long. If you miss it, you will need to ask very nicely to get back in. I drove in this morning feeling awful and was told there weren't any appointments available until 1:45. I took the appointment and planned to return after napping for a few hours. I woke up about 15 min late accidentally and called to see if they'd still take me. I was initially told by reception that they were booked up the rest of the day and for the next few days. Upon my begging her to ask the doctor if he'd squeeze me back in so I didn't have to go be all sweaty and sick in an urgent care facility in Redmond or Woodinville for god knows how long - he was willing. I really appreciate that. Probably shouldn't count on that working every time but I appreciate that they accommodated. Dr. Lee was pleasant and thoughtful, and he did check my ears, throat, and breathing for congestion before just giving me my antibiotics. I will use this facility again. My suggestion to other reviewers - be specific about what went wrong if something goes wrong and who was involved. Maybe the staff has changed since some of these older reviews because my experience was positive with Dr. Lee, and I appreciate that we have a local facility. read more

Came here because flooding made it impossible to get to my regular doctor, but checked with my regular doctor to make sure my needs could be met (a simple prescription). Going on three hours in severe pain and they're acting like I'm inconveniencing them because they have to "check with my doctor"... But I've called my doctor and they never received any call from this office. Combine this with the sorry attitude from the front desk staff, and I will never come back here if I can avoid it. This place is not busy at all... So the lack of care is inexcusable. read more

Horrible - worst medical experience my wife and I have had. The nurse failed to draw her blood and told her it was it her fault becuae she had veins. The front desk admin staff called her later to convince her that they were not to blame for the bad orders being sent through and actually made her cry on the phone. The sent through the wrong orders to Seattle Cancer Care for a scan and also failed to communicate with the doctor at all (i.e. no call-back despite multiple calls from us to remind them to reach out to the doctor.) I tried to get a wart frozen off my finger. It was their first time doing it and they utterly failed. I later it had it frozen off on the first attempt at UW Woodinville. We paid our copay onsite to Evergreen but they did not credit it and made us fight it out with billing. I paid them to make them go away. We and our family will never give them any business and are warning our friends about them. They are incompetent. It's as if they sent the crummiest of their staff to Duvall to practice on those poor country people. Only time and $ prevents me from suing them! read more

I came in for a UA for a UTI and have not received the results of the initial test nor the culture and it had been a week

Great Doctor. Friendly staff. Typically things work well. Office is not good at coordinating with doctors/surgeons outside of Evergreen system. Seems like an administrative problem. Had to call patient relations and my issue still not resolved. May have to reschedule my surgery and that impacts my daughter's schedule as well as she has volunteered to do my after care. If I could give the doctor 5 stars and the admin team 1 star I would. Hassle. Hassle. And more Hassel read more

Sadly, it is oftentimes hard to get an immediate appointment with a doctor even when you are in severe pain!! I tired a few doctors that I have seen over the years, to get an appointment yesterday. appointments were 1 week to 1 month out! When you have severe pain due to kidney stones, you can't wait this long! The people at Evergreen in Duvall got me right in the same day I called. Sarah Lappert could not have been nicer, more compassionate, or professional in diagnosing my condition. Today I even got a follow up call from a nurse, Janet Figgins who also could not have been kinder or more compassionate. I really appreciate the people at the clinic! read more

Why do people use Forums such as this to be so negative? Evergreen Clinic in Duvall has been treating our family for years...no problems. Karen read more

Very responsive, especially in times of near emergency - TWICE - with my son. Granted, there were times when we felt the service was a little impersonal when the office first opened, but we went in for my husband and then myself, and that feeling has changed. I will definitely say that at least with children the doctors and nurses are tops. read more

Thought I'd chime in and note that I have had nothing but great experiences at the Evergreen Medical Group in Duvall. The nurses, doctors, and by far, the physician's assistant at this location have won me over. They take their time with me treating me as though I am a person and not just a chart. If they can't help, they are wonderful about giving me recommendations, calling, whatever they can do to make it easier. I always get in quickly and never have to wait more than a few minutes when I arrive. Why only four stars? The office staff could be friendlier. read more

Had a run in today with a garden tool...oops. The cut was pretty deep so I walked into the Evergreen Clinic. I did not have an appointment but was given top priority right away. As I was taken back I heard the receptionist kindly tell the other patients it would be a few minutes due to an emergency. 6 stitches later I was out the door and did not have to wait in the Emergency room or even leave Duvall to be taken care of! Give them a call...very nice clinic! Doug B read more

Great set of doctors, nurses, and office staff. Responsive to needs. When I need an appointment, they work me in within a day or two. Have solved sinus issues, burns, and bad colds. Like the afternoon walkin clinics (call ahead for hours). Keep up the good work! read more

I also had an experience like Katie's. I did not have health insurance so I got charged for two exams because I went back to the doctor after I regressed. $300 later I missed extra work and had to go to the doctor twice because I was not sent home with antibiotics. Now that I have health insurance there is still miscommunication with charges. I gave them two stars because they are very friendly. read more

I have always had great care at Evergreen. We have been going for years and years without a complaint. Dr. Moffatt is exceptional, the front office is fantastic. I don't love the wait/check in vs actual apt time- especially if I'm trying to take a long lunch for an apt. It would be nice to get in and out but overall, I have nothing bad to say. Id rather wait for a good Dr. than have a quick apt with a poor one. Thanks Evergreen for years of good care. read more

Love the atmosphere here! I've never had a problem getting same day appointments, or having them work with my schedule to get in when I need to. Dr. Moffat is the best doctor I've ever been to. I will continue to come here, despite living far away. read more

I love Evergreen and would trust them - do trust them with my family. Kyle has treated my son for several years for a chronic conditon. He also treats me and the rest of the family. I love his attention, he remembers you and treats you like a human. I have not had a negative interaction with Kyle, neither with Dr Moffat who is new, wonderful and great with young women. She treated my son for a head wound, my broken arm and my daughter for everything else. Have yet to have a negative visit. As a side note, I called today to get an appt and was offered one the same day- very flexible scheduling. Usually a minimal wait, Ive only waited for last minute appts late in the day- like any Drs office,if you are fit into the schedule, you may have to wait to be fit in. Even then, I waited less than 30 minutes. Nothing bad to say--- read more

Don't go here even if you're dying! Terrible front desk, asks the same questions over in same visit and can't seem to bill insurance without a lot of help. Doctors seem like 'whatever' - and don't diagnose correctly. Small town and this is probably typical - after 10 or so visits, we changed even though we have to travel 20 minutes - well worth it for a visit with competent doctors. We wasted so much time, energy and $ here!!! read more

My family has gone to the Evergreen Clinic in Duvall for about 5 years and we have received nothing but exceptional care. Previously we were patients at Virginia Mason. I was far too often misdiagnosed there which lead to excessive visits and costs. At Evergreen, they have always been spot-on with their diagnoses. They also have an incredibly friendly staff and rarely keep any of us waiting more than a few minutes. They are well worth a visit! read more

I have been one of Evergreen's biggest advocators for many years now (since my 1st child was born at Evergreen hospital 12 years ago). I have since had my 2nd child at Evergreen hospital. My husband and I have been seen for wellness checkups and other health issues that have come up over the years. I believe that their service has gone downhill for many years now. This year my husband and I are so unhappy with their services and their outrageous billing (even with excellent medical) that we are searching for a new clinic. It's a shame because the Duvall clinic is within walking distance from our house. But we are so fed up that we will no longer be using Evergreen altogether. I will drive to Bellevue if need be. I hope that others have a better experience than ours and wish nothing but health. read more

My son had been experiencing odd, increasingly debilitating symptoms for several months, and yet his primary care doctor at Evergreen Duvall would not consult with the specialist- to whom we'd been referred- on the phone. I told the nurse that I was disappointed in this decision; in the fact that the PCP would not advocate for my son and help him get the immediate care that he needed by just chatting with the specialist on the phone and getting him an appointment right away. Now, I have found a different clinic with doctors who listen carefully, advocate for their patients, and who aren't afraid to order x-rays, scans, etc. in order to arrive to a correct diagnosis and start an effective treatment plan. Sadly, the laidback, let's-wait-and-see approach to medicine was not helpful to our family. read more

Convenient location but I too had an experience were the dr. googled my symptoms. Told me what I had then didn't give me any medication or reccomendations as to what to do. He just didn't give a s**t. Wow. Terrible. read more

Not sure why the reviews are so bad. The receptionists, nurse and doctor were all nice to me. Everything went smoothly- no delays or waits (I did walk-in too). Got what I needed and left. read more

Love the staff, love my doctor and his assistant. The place is clean and I never have to wait very long. So glad they are in Duvall.

My family and I have been going to Evergreen Medical Clinic in Duvall since we moved to the Sno-Valley ten years ago. We chose this clinic because of location and have kept going because of location. The first few years seemed to be pretty much routine and I can't think of any major concerns we had with the doctors and staff. Unfortunately during the last five years we have experienced long waits (25-30 minutes is not uncommon) in the waiting room, scheduling mistakes (not ours), lack of follow through with important (and much-needed) referrals including two misdiagnosis ... I could go on! But really the icing on the cake is the long-time receptionist; 'Linda' who has been consistently rude, dismissive and downright unprofessional. Several friends have also moved on to alternative clinics but I'm an advocate for local businesses (let's face it, healthcare is a business) and have been reluctant to move our health care to another location. But enough is enough; time to move on to a healthcare clinic that actually treats you with dignity and a little compassion, including some professionalism from the administrative staff, or at least pretends to! read more
