They provided the best advice and requested services by cleaning up the leather by washing the boots and then leather balm was applied. Great service and the price was a good value for the requested service provided. I have left another pair of boots that are in bad shape, asked and requested that they bring them back to life. I will be picking them up in a few months.

Avoid this place, managers will intentionally ignore your call when trying to settle a lost item. I…read morecalled twice a week for one month regarding my missing item until I had the opportunity to take time off work to go in person. What did the manager do, blame the other manager. Completely unprofessional and total disregard for customer service. I repeatedly expressed that my missing item was part of a military uniform that could not be easily replaced. Zero star rating if I could.

The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. We took pants for alterations and picked…read morethem up when they were ready. We paid, and when we got home realized there were no alterations done to the items. We drove all the way back to return them and were told they would be ready in a few days. We asked for a receipt or some sort of ticket to make sure there were no issues in picking them up since the services had been paid for yet not completed, and were given a business card and told no issues would arise. Today, when my mom goes to pick up the items she is denied her items and is basically called a liar by "Janie" or "Jamie". She tells her she can't give her her items and refused to call anyone to verify. My mom is forced to leave without her items that have been paid for. I then call the business and when I ask "Janie" her name she hangs up on me. I call again, she gives me her name then starts yelling at me saying I have no proof (when I wasn't even the person she spoke to at the shop). This lady has some serious issues, which she is taking out on customers. There is no reason for someone to hang up on a customer when they are asking normal questions in a civil manner. There's no reason to yell at a customer without even knowing what they're calling about. We are still trying to get our items from them. These people are straight up thieves!
