They arrived by 8:25 AM nd had my well working again by 10:10 AM. Problem was a short in the wire between well and the house. These guys had to dig starting at the well and working towards the house. They found short under sprinkler valve manifold. Wire was apparently damaged by sprinkler install team about 10 years ago. Chris was lead techician. He was very curteous and professional. He and Jay worked very efficiently and quickly. They were there to get my water rwstored and quickly. RDid troubleshhoting to isolate the provlem, replaced 6 feet of 10 gauge wire, added conduit and replaced dirt in 1 hr 45 min., and only charged $276, which was reasonable. I have used this company before about 6 years ago at my previous home. They did a great job then, too. These guys also told me several thing I should do to keep from having major problems with my well. They even took off the handle on the shilut off valve between my well and the pressure tank, which if turned could blow my pump off the pipe or destroy it. Told me where I need to install a valve, and reset my pressure switch to a 50/70 psi setting to reduce cycling. Also told me I needed a bigger pressure tank, 86 gallons, to reduce cycling, since I have a 2 HP pump. I will always go back to these guys for well service. They are great!

BUYER BEWARE! If you purchase an appliance here and it works correctly, consider yourself lucky!…read moreJust hope it doesn't fail because the minute it leaves the store you are on your own. The "LABOR warranty" means he will provide free labor to repair anything it needs within the warranty period to make it work, but you pay his price for any and all needed parts, even if it fails the day after you bought it! In other words, there is no warranty! I purchased a gas stove with a 30 day "labor warranty" for $407 on Thursday and installed it in a rental on Friday. The oven was used twice - Friday night and Saturday morning, but Saturday night the oven would not come on. Tested power outlet and no problems there. Took it back and they said they would check it out. When I came to pick it up they said it needed a new glow plug that would cost me $65! He claimed they must have turned it on and used it to heat the house because the glow plug was burnt up! What a ridiculous accusation! I suggested he should at least back up his merchandise for ONE DAY! That made him mad, so he carted it to the parking lot, dumped it on the ground behind my truck and walked off. Wouldn't even help me load it in the truck! So much for customer service! In my 40 years of managing rental properties I've never been treated so rudely by a store owner! Do yourself a favor and go to a legitimate store!
